Walked in at 1246. Bank is basically empty. Had a question about an account I opened a few days ago. Been sitting here about 5 min. Hugh came over and I gotta say. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He couldn't answer a question I had. Asked me if I needed to be somewhere else. I said yes. He offered to call me woth the answer. Sure enough, 45 min later he called back. Will be in tomorrow morning to open account for my daughter. So I been with citizens for a week now. Still love the in person services. The 800 customer service department is horrible. No matter the day or time incall I hear " we are experiencing higher than normal call volume " And that means my wait is over 5 min. 12 min is more factual. then no matter the question, the first person I speak to needs to transfer me to a different department.

I deposited $400.00 into the ATM. The ATM took the money than shut down. I was told 6 weeks later that “ records indicate there was no error.” I can not trust this bank and will file a complaint with the proper authority. March 5 2025 Still no response to my claim. I have no other recourse other than going to court. I would not trust this bank with your money. March 21, 2025 Still no response, even after being assured by problem will be resolved. Verry unprofessional. Now their phones are shut off. Only voice mail

I went to Citizens Bank on Ralph Avenue, and I got there the exact minute it closed, 1:00pm. A gentleman by the name of Hugh said it was closed but I explained that I was leaving for vacation on Monday and my card wasn’t working. Hugh immediately wanted to help me and told me to have a seat. When he was talking to me, he explained the branch’s rules but said flexibility was important when a customer is in a bind and because I was leaving Monday morning before the bank closed, there was no other situation. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful! He also educated me on some other financial opportunities. Very happy with my experience here!!! Oh, and I got a new card for my vacation that starts on Monday!!

Monica and Lucas are absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted so kindly, they are both exceptional! They both answered all our questions and were willing to help with everything we needed! Both Monica and Lucas are exceptional bankers and they lead by example! I have been going to this location for years! I want to say that Lucas is an amazing help! He is always professional, friendly and willing to help his customers with a smile! Thank you Lucas for your great customer service! I always have a pleasant experience at this location. I have received great customer service over the years from Lucas, Ralph, & Monica! They are always a great help!. Monica is wonderful, and helped myself and my family with notary. Ralph was a great help when I needed help with my personal bank account! Thank you all for your professionalism and excellent customer service!

They have aggressive mortgage application submission practices that help the mortgage banker meet a quota at the expense of buyers who are sincerely looking for viable mortgage options. If you are seeking a mortgage or a financial institution in general, STAY AWAY, they will lie to you to get you to submit an application right away to pull your credit only to send a rejection EMAIL a day later. Everything they say to you on the phone is 1000% a lie. They will violate your trust without a second thought to meet their quotas like all pushy/aggressive sales people. These people are taking advantage of the public and rely on us to be quiet which I am not. I've been in real estate for 15+ years and I've never seen such aggressive/pushy/misrepresentation conduct from mortgage bankers that the people at Citizens Bank practice. You'll even receive rejection emails meant for other people with their names stated in the email!!! These greedy people will waste your time at the expense of your credit. STAY AWAY! They should be investigated and SHUT DOWN!

Not enough staff very long lines only 1 teller most of the time

Bank managers are rude. Customer service is not a priority at this branch at all.
