I was hoping to open an account today, but after having to wait 10 minutes in line to watch two bank clerks attempt to help another customer deposit cash, I decided not to move forward with this bank, as clearly they have terrible customer service

Literally the worst bank ever. They automatically debited money from my accounts without notifying me. When I contacted their customer service, they had no answers and did not provide any helpful information. This is not a secure bank to keep your money. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
