Citrus Hotel Lonavala

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and peaceful. The service was exceptional, and the entire staff was amazing—always polite and ready to help. A special mention to the restaurant staff, who ensured we enjoyed our meals with freshly cooked, delicious food. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures—neat, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor suggestion would be to add more indoor games. Apart from that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Hotel was near railway station and aslo near bus stand. Hotel ambiance was good. Thanks for rasika very Friendly and helpful. I asked some food related question he meet me to restaurant staff his name was wasim he was so polite and helpful and aslo good suggestive food knowledge. His suggest me mutton bhunaa and the food was made by chef sukhchan so delicious. We suggest everyone to citrus must visit.

Located conveniently. Rooms are decent and quite clean. I came in very late and needed a place to crash. Was good for it. Ordered room service and while it was delayed, the taste was good. Only 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. Room had a musty smell like it was closed for a really long time. 2. Wifi is completely and absolutely unusable. It throttled too much and when it worked it basically had 2g speeds.

Your hotel is very nice and you welcome your customers very nicely and very politely and give them due respect. Your hotel workers are very nice and the chef himself comes out and asks how the food is in our hotel. If there is anything more or less, please tell us. Also, your hotel workers, especially Preeti tai, are very nice. They have contributed their work properly, served and helped. I am very grateful to your hotel from the bottom of my heart. 😊 🙏

Lovely food and excellent service by Pravin and Shital. Value for money. Good ambience. Swimming pool and play area available. Seafood, tandoori and deserts must try. Room hygiene and sanitation is good too. Atmosphere outside is peaceful and less crowd.

Nice ambience... Food quality is so good... Very good service... The staff is so humble... Would like to mention a few names.. Mansi, chef Shankar, Gaurav.|It is located near the city centre, so convenient yet peaceful place. Will definitely like to visit again..

On 22nd feb visited citrus hotel for celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. But it was overall bad option to choose this hotel. I had requested them to arrange cake for anniversary for which they charged 1000/- for just half kg cake, whereas in shop same cake was available for 600/- Pool was under maintenance so I was waste of time visiting here on top of that game zone was in bad condition hardly two games are kept. Lot of mosquitoes. I found this hotel too congested, there was no good locations to even take pictures of ourselves

It’s the best hotel for staying and has very good facilities. The food is excellent and the ambiance is very nice away from the maddening crowd . One wiord about gaura that he is the best person I have met. The best human being too. We are proud that u have a staff like him
