Well equipped apartment for two people. Lots of interior space and a balcony without a view. Use of swimming pool, car parking and an EV charging point. Great location with short walk into the town centre. Daily cleaning service which was a nice surprise. Overall a good base from which to explore the area and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Easy check in and parking. Google maps directs you the wrong way, you may need to go left and make a round to get to the parking space. Very lovely and spacious rooms and generous amenities provided by the hosts. Only downside is some of the guests parked their motorbikes across 2 lots. It's obviously not the fault of the hosts and they sent everyone a message via booking.com to request the guests move their bikes but this is the downside of a mostly unmanned suite. Would still definitely recommend staying here if you are in Porto-Vecchio!

Very disappointing, if you are looking for somewhere that you feel safe enough to leave your belongings, it’s not here. We had an expensive item stolen, and we know it was at this accommodation because we had the item prior to arriving here. They leave your key in a communal lock box that all the other guests have access to, we decided not to leave our key there. We took it with us every day. We found staff coming out of our apartment on a couple of occasions at odd times, although we were not told our apartment would be serviced on a daily basis. Very disappointing communication also when we alerted management about the theft, nothing was done. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

My brand new Longines watch valued at Euro 3,750 went missing during our stay. The thief took the watch and left the box hoping we would not notice until we returned home. The backpack had four watches and not surprisingly the most expensive watch went missing. Management information gives you the option to leave your keys in a drop box with other apartments using a single non unique passcode. Given stays do not line up this password would not change. We were only given one key for a 4 bedroom Penthouse with 5 residence. We did not use this box and still had valuables stolen. If privacy, safety, and security is important DO NOT STAY HERE

Our family experienced a theft of an expensive item whilst staying here. Security is really poor, the keys are stored in a central lockbox with the same common code for all rooms. This code isn’t ever changed. No security cameras and no help from management when we reported the theft. Would not stay here again.

My father in law stayed there and had expensive jewellery stolen. He asked management for video footage to confirm staff had visited the room in the afternoon without authority. No video cameras on the property whatsoever. Not good enough for a luxury property that cost Euro5,000 for the penthouse for a week.

Disappointed in our recent stay at Citta di Lume. An expensive item was stolen from my brother’s room. Management handled this situation appallingly. We requested they contact local authorities to investigate this further but they refused. Furthermore, it’s disturbing that there’s a shared guest key box; very unsafe. Be aware!!

Theft of an expensive item from family member’s room. The safe was very small and therefore not all items could be locked away. ||Very disappointing how management is handling this distressing situation!!! It has made us suspicious of other accommodations throughout the region!!
