City Center Hotel Jerusalem

The location is fantastic . It is very close to the light rail. Easy walk to the old city. It is a small hotel in an older building but it is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a very good experience it was perfect 4 our needs.

Beds are comfortable, slept great. Rooms on the otherhand are dirty and can use a refurbishing!

Always looking for hotels and apartments, for my work and creative projects as fashion editorial photographer, and yes, sometimes we dont need a luxury hotel for that, as some and most of fashion editorial, been done is places from 3 stars and below.||||After a good research for something relax looking and good light in the room for my next fashion project, I saw this hotel, so I booked it right a way, and I was excited to see what it offers for such price and place.||||Checking in was not smooth, as I was delayed almost one hour and 10 min, which is alot to sit on the small front desk all alone, without doing anything and loosing time for nothing just waiting for the room to be done.||||I really lost money and time, model was waiting, I was waiting, I lost most of the light I suppose to get in the room, the worse is the front desk, didnt even offer me a glass of water while I was waiting for their huge and bad and unprofessional mistake and delay.||||After almost one full hour and 20 min, they gave me the room, and really was pissed and not happy, but lets talk about the room and experience.||||I thought they give bottle of water or some sort of something, as I have been told. But after I was like: hey do you guys give water in the room for guest to drink. Then the reply was yes let me get you one. So if you dont ask, you dont get.||||The room was ok for what it is, beds ok, place is ok clean, and not super quite cause I face the street and you will hear all the busses and people and the city.||||I can summarize the whole thing as best thing about this place, location is in the center of Jerusalem where some people like such a vibe, then here you go, but it comes on expense that place is not that super great for the price I guess.||||If the hotel were really carful of how they leave the experience on guests, then they need to check how are things, is all ok, do you need anything, but you get none of that, and on top of all that, the huge delay I had, that I lost money and work, cause that day was almost a waste for me, and thanks for the management, for asking about non asking.||||As everyone knows from my reviews, Im super honest and alot thank me for such advice and recommendation all the time I gave from my review, thats why my channel here got 50 000 readers, and I will never write something is was not there. ||||So location is nice, management do not care, its ok as place, price could be lower for such a style.

Great hotel!! Service was amazing! The place is incredibly clean, rooms are bigger than other 5* hotels locally. They upgraded one of our rooms. Great price! No lobby but location is superb! I was so pleased with this hotel stay! Will definitely come again! Staff was so kind, all requests taken care of so swiftly!

The hotel is in a great location but is very basic and not the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. It has no facilities, bar etc although there are plenty of bars and cafes close by. The standard of decor is dated and there was Mols in the bathroom and the kitchen sink leaked very badly. Israeli star ratings are significantly lower than found in UK and Europe

If you were looking for a cheap hotel and a good location then this is fine. Especially if you’re young. However, I’m in my 50s and didn’t really appreciate some of what I encountered during our 2 week stay here:||NEGATIVES: ||- During our 2 week stay The room had not been cleaned for 5 or 6 of those days. || - Bedding wasn’t changed once during our entire two week stay ( I could tell because I got a little mascara on the sheet the 2nd day and it was still there when we checked out) . ||||- Mold ( which means toxic mold spores) were in multiple places . ||||- On day 4 my good quality shower cap went missing and in its place appeared 4 disposable shower caps. I realize it’s only a shower cap, but no need to take my belongings.||||- it’s an extremely small hotel and there’s frequently no one at the front desk. They should make it easier to contact someone immediately if they don’t want to man the front desk. ||||- The lobby and hallways on all floors reek of a disgusting artificial fragrance. Can you please tone that down?? ||||POSITIVES: ||- location ||- staff was helpful

I stay in City Center hotel in Jerusalem on each of my visits in Israel. The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. It has a small kitchen with everything you possibly need. Once you step out, you are close to everything in town- Western wall, Mahane Yehuda market, Ben Yehuda "Midrahov" where you can find tons of restaurants and shops. Very close by is the light rail, busses and more. I can't recommend it enough. The price is also very reasonable.

The staff are not professional and responsive. It is very hard to contact them by phone. I left my stuff behind in the room and checked out. They didn' keep any of my lost things. The worst was the sanity of bathroom. The bathtub didn't drain well. Water didn't flow down into the drain in the tub. Don't go here. I would recommend the other places such as Caesar, which is I'm staying in.
