City Centre Motel

This motel for the money is great, beds clean , rooms very clean and updated, nice clean thick towels, they have hair-dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave , plates etc, a small bottle of milk for your forst cuppa, and close to all major amenities like Coles, the mine, the talking tram etc . The staff are very helpful and friendly , only thing I would say is they need softer pillows ,but that is just my personal opinion, we def will book there again when we are up that way. Lovely clean and spacious room with King bed that was super comfy. Our only comment was that the chairs for the table showed signs of wear, otherwise, very happy with our choice. Lovely hospitality with great breakfasts options, delivered to our room (paid for separately). Literally 5min walk to centre of Bendigo. Will book again.

We chose this Motel owing to the EV charging available and prime position in the middle of town. It was easy to find, parking (and EV charging) was faultless and we were blown away by the spaciousness of the room, together with a King-size bed. The kitchenette was suited to warming up things in the microwave, and everything was very clean. The decor was perhaps a bit dated as others have said, but everything was in good order and well maintained. Any extra plates/cutlery we needed we were given by the friendly reception staff. It was nice and quiet at night even though it seemed fully booked.

An old, a bit run down motel and that was within my expectations considering the (modest) price. Excellent location. I have to compliment on cleanliness; linnen was really fresh and crisp and so was towels! That was a nice surprise as I dont see that often in old motels. I was let down by a mattress; sagging and sloping down on one side. Did not provide for good sleep; thats where one star is gone off...

Great location in the centre of Bendigo - close by to pubs / cafes / restaurants. Spacious and incredibly clean rooms. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing service. I accidentally broke a bottle of wine in the room and it was cleaned up in no time with absolutely no complaints. They even replaced my bottle of wine, even though it was entirely my fault. Close to everything, within walking distance to the art gallery and great restaurants.

I stayed in a Budget Room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff polite and helpful, the shower was reasonable. It is ideally located on the fringe of the CBD. It is within easy walking distance of several tourist attractions, including the well maintained botanical gardens. I will definitely stay again
