Disappointing Whale Watching Experience
I recently had the misfortune of taking a whale watching tour that turned out to be a complete disaster. The experience was so bad that I would not recommend it to anyone.
Lack of Whale Sightings
The most disappointing aspect was the absence of whales. The captain claimed there was one about two miles away, but it’s unrealistic to expect passengers to spot it without binoculars or a telescope. This lack of sightings made the entire trip feel pointless.
Uncomfortable Ride
The boat ride itself was extremely bumpy, leading to widespread seasickness among passengers. Unfortunately, my daughter was also affected and vomited, which made the experience even more distressing for us.
Poor Music Choice and Volume
To make matters worse, the crew played loud music that was not only unpleasing but also added to the overall stress of the trip. When I politely requested them to lower the volume, my request was ignored, which was frustrating and inconsiderate.
Overall Experience
The entire three-hour tour felt like a nightmare. Having been on several whale watching tours in other cities, this was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had. The combination of no whale sightings, a rough ride, and poor customer service made it a trip to forget.
