2/5 I ordered the Vietnamese baguette, very big portion, a lot of veggies inside which is great. Schinizel was a bit dry, but still edible. The lady who took my order was very cold. $14 for the sandwich is reasonable. updated： salad too salty, chicken too salty, broccoli too salty 🥲🥲🥲 again, the short hair auntie with glasses, always always impatient and rude

This is by far the best sandwich spot in Sydney and I've tried almost all of the popular ones. I always get T4 - toasted Turkish bread chicken schnitzel sandwich, and it never disappoints. Best thing is that their chicken schnitzel is cooked to order unlike 99% of the other sandwich shops, which makes it so much juicer, crispier and better. I've been coming here for almost 7 years and have brought several friends and colleagues and they've all agreed City Edge Cafe does the best sandwich in Sydney. Not to mention they're super fast with orders, which makes it a short wait during rush hours.

Cannot fault this crew! I have been eating city edge lunches for an embarrassingly long time and never had a bad lunch. Great fresh juices and huge tasty sandwiches. They make an incredible chicken and corn soup that I dream about on rainy days. A super friendly team and don’t let the long queue deter you (they are a well-oiled machine).

Hello! I've been coming here for a while and the food is always amazing, but today a new salad that I've never seen before caught my eye - the chicken rice noodle salad - and omg blown away, so fresh and perfect combo of sweet, spicy and crunchy but also smooth with the noodles - 10/10 please keep this on the menu and I'll see you tomorrow!

Honestly, a really great cheap takeaway that's always bustling at lunchtime for a reason. You can get a wrap or burger or sandwich etc with chips for less than $20, and you get a great lunch that really hits the spot.the chips are always crispy and well seasoned, the schnitzel burger is crispy, delicious with a nice bit of zest. Great spot to stop and grab a quick lunch!
