Have live in around 6 buildings at HCMC city garden always my favorite

I have lived here for 2 years. I love it, Quite, the residents are friendly and nice, it has green walk path for walking, it pets friendly. The management is doing the best the can to keep up with the buildings.

Does ZERO for tenants. Enjoy your apartment when adjacent apartment has extremely loud construction all day for 50+ days. TRASH
