City Hotel - Sarajevo

It was a very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. Selams to Yaşar Abi.

We stayed here a couple of days. First we had to wait in the lobby for a long time before the receptionist arrived. The hotel has three floors and no elevator. The stairs are quite long so keep this in mind. The room smelled really bad of cigarettes, and the toilet didn’t flush well. But the room was big, it had an air conditioning and it had two TV’s. We expected a breakfast with more options, but they served us a plate with food from the kitchen. We thought we could decide and have more options, but we didn’t get it. And the hotel doesn’t have gluten-free bread.

I suggest there to everyone. They are very friendly, sincere and helpful. I loved this butiq hotel. You can stay here peacefully..

The hotel was in a great location. We were walking distance from the main strip. ||The room was nice, but I’m giving a 3 rating because it didn’t seem as clean as the pictures. The internet was below average, which is also why I’ve rated it a 3.||The staff at the front desk was very helpful and hospitable. They went out of their way to help with any problems we were having.||I would stay again.

We stayed at this lovely, small hotel for our three nights in Sarajevo. It is about a block off the main pedestrian street so in easy walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the street it is on is still damaged and has some deserted buildings. Do not let this impression cloud your hotel experience. The City Boutique is comfortable and modern. The floors are new laminate which chrome and glass fixtures. An elevator makes the hotel handicapped accessible. ||||The lobby is small but the size allows the staff to personalize their attention. The beds are comfortable and the linens are of good quality. The toilet and shower are both in separate stalls and large for European hotel rooms. ||||One of the nicest features is the breakfast buffet. On the top floor, the elegant room affords a beautiful view of the city. Sitting in comfortable upholstered chairs, guests get a selection of a couple middle eastern dishes, European breads, cheeses, and meats, fresh fruits, pastries and other universal breakfast foods. ||||We had a very nice time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Perfect Hotel in Sarajevo, with modern interior designed rooms and a warm welcoming ❤️

The location was just perfect! The stuff were very kind and helpful which made everything even better. Rooms were good too and very nice terrace with a nice view of the mountains and the city. But, the toilet needs more privacy. Breakfast was missing the croissants and variety of sweet stuffs for breakfast. And parking is indeed available but at a cost across the street.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind, the installations are clean and well located to spend some nights in the City.
