The bathroom is gross, the toilet is yellowed, toilet seat is yellowed and not properly attached so sit at your own risk, and the floors need a good scrubbing. The bedsheets and the beds themselves are all damp. The comforter is basically a flannel blanket sandwiched between two damp bedsheets. It's just damp. We're wearing shoes in the room because the floor is yellow with a built-up grime. The AC doesn't work. It's a glorified fan that barely spits out any air. Even the AC remote is yellowed with dirt, and the seams are caked in grime. The only positive is that the overhead fan is decent. Hands down the worst place I've stayed in so far, and God willing won't ever stay in a place like this again.

We stayed there in the suite room and the room was spacious. The view was great. ◻️Room : The Room was spacious . Clean and Tidy. Amenities were provided timely. The view was city view and the room being located on the high floor offered a spectacular view of the city. The bathroom was a bit small and the fixtures were old. They need to replace the WC and the fixtures. ◻️Hospitality : They are popular for their hospitality and service. During our stay we had appreciable service. The staffs were well mannered,efficient and helpful. ◻️Restaurant : The food quality deteriorated. We had Thai soup thick, Fish fingers, Fried Wontons and Milk Tea. The Milk Tea tasted delicious but the Thai soup and fried wonton tasted below average. The fish fingers were good but not worth recommending. Their Faluda tastes delicious. It’s a must try there. I will recommend this hotel for business trips but for vacation with family I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place with nice people there, have a large room and very clean. Nice view from top room. Soon will come again with my couple again.. To have a great moment. With the air temperatur is cold but very nice and make my body more fresh.

recently stayed at City Inn Hotel in Khulna and had a truly enjoyable experience. This hotel offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable bedding and modern amenities, like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, ensured a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in room service and cleanliness, making the experience feel more luxurious.

Stayed for 4 days in good hotel for local standard in Khulna. Located in busy noisy street, cleanliness is quite ok, friendly hotel staff who can communicate well in English, rich Bangladeshi breakfast and my room is very spacious. Toiletries and two big drinking water bottles are provided on daily basis. Many clothing stores around and within walking distance some local restaurants. I think the hotel also has generator back up in case of power cut.

The hotel is decent but overpriced for the facilities offered. While the rooms were comfortable, the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. One major disappointment was that access to the swimming pool wasn’t complimentary, which seemed unreasonable considering the high room rates. For the price, I expected better amenities and inclusions.

First time jokhon ami amar girlfriend er shathe dekha korte ashi 3k te motamuti valo ekta room diyechilo.! So i thought from now on im gonna be a regular in this hotel. But after that everything was a disaster.. 2nd time a jirno shirno ekta room. And the 3rd time omg. Bed was so hard and i told them countless time to change the room or at least chenge the bed. But nope.. they did nothing. And kichu holei taka chay which is so awkward.. if you give me proper service i dont mind giving you tip but without any service if you want tip and expect me to pay that's a bit absurd.. from now on im gonna change it.. there is some other good hotel that catch my eyes.. will go there to see if it any good.!

Best Hotel in Khulna City. [Had the worst experience at Royal & Castle Salam]. But City Inn Staff,Room,Ambience, Food,Service was top notch. I am strongly recommending City Inn. They are very professional.
