We had a great time staying at City Inn for an extended period of time. The hotel staff are warm and extremely hospitable. Notable individuals include Mr. Utpal, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Shahin, Mr. Adnan and many other service staff who were more than welcoming in our long stay. I would rank it above other hotels in the city for their service and eagerness to help. The rooms are divided in two groups - older rooms and newer ones. The newer ones are on the expensive end but I felt the older rooms still got the job done. The complimentary breakfast is okay but Mr. Utpal tries to take really good care of you so even a 6/10 breakfast gets extra points for making your time at the restaurant better. I'd actually recommend using Foodpanda or other food delivery apps for your other meals as they will be better priced compared to their pricing which seemed exorbitant for the quality of food served during lunch and dinner. Nevertheless, we enjoyed their meals even though we felt it was overpriced. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

This place is good for staying a couple of days ... just recently, they have opened their brand-new entry hall and reception desk. It's massive, looks bright and shiny - quite futuristic!

Old room, floor with small crockroach, bathtub seems not clean (may be because of old condition), no warm water, room 406 AC too old and not work, old fan with loud noise but no option as it’s so hot inside room. Amenities nothing because of low price. Breakfast is Ok worth with room price.

I had a wonderful stay at City Inn for a full month and a week during my work. The hotel truly became a home away from home, something I never expected but deeply appreciated. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. I would like to especially thank Wahid, Adnan, Hasan, Shahin, and most importantly Mr. Utpal( a great guy) from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will particularly miss Mr. Utpal’s morning tea, which he kindly prepared for us every day just cause we like tea made by him. All the room service staff and the security guards were extremely kind and professional as well, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I sincerely hope to return to City Inn in the near future.

They deserve 5 Star rating. Well decorated room as well as. Staffs behaviour is very decent. Food quality so first class.

Hotel City Inn is one of the best places to stay in Khulna. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff are very friendly, and the service is professional. The restaurant offers a good variety of food with nice taste. Location is also convenient for both business and travel. Overall, a comfortable and reliable hotel experience in Khulna.

Pretty average. If you have budget, go for Castle Salam. City Inn is old and behaves like a Two star despite being a three star
