CITY LOFT - ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ - ΠΑΤΡΑ

Room is clean. Advertises that it comes with a kitchen but all the amenities is on a call to receive basis. Toilet seat was loose. But generally clean and bed was comfortable. No smart TV only cable TV. However it was sad that there was no air condition available in October. I called the receptionist and they said October is considered winter and only heating is available. I asked for a fan but they said they do not have it. No service recovery at all. I had to open the door fully open in order for the room to feel less stuffy. The hotel is not considered cheap and I would’ve expected year long air conditioning and heating. It’s a blessing I only had to stay 1 night. Parking garage owned by the hotel just a few steps away is payable €10 per night which is pretty pricey. Location is good - walkable to the city center.

Lovely hotel with nice clean rooms. ||Evangelia was the star of the hotel. Professional and welcoming even though she had a lot to do as we were attending a wedding in Patras and the hotel was filled with wedding guests.||Will definitely go back.

Roomy and attractive with helpful service. Maintenance appears to be a little sketchy though. We had to change rooms because of a malfunctioning toilet and problems with the shower. Also, the HVAC system appeared questionable as well. On site garage parking is a significant plus.

Price / Quality Ratio not worth it. We paid the supplement for the deluxe room, but we didn’t understand why, as the “kitchenette” was simply a sink. We had to ask for a kettle at least. We could hear every single thing going on in the nearby rooms at night. We were out all day, came back to find out that nobody had clean the room. We asked the staff at the reception what we could do while in Patras and his answer was “nothing”. Lovely customer service….

Great find! While looking for a hotel for the night I came over this great place. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. The entire place and room was super clean and well maintained. Parking is right next door and easily to access. Price was good compared to the quality of the place.

The room was not very clean in the shower head we foumd womens black hair and a lot of scale....plus the bed it was described as a large double one but it was consisted from two single matresses wich was leading to separate during night sleep when asked the reception about this the response was that that's how it is and we should inform so the just close them....and it is used like this in order to separate if needed....that is not the way... :(

We feel like family here as we often stay while visiting relatives - as I have said before wonderful accommodation, breakfast and central location close to shops. Parking lot now even closer and Free. Will be back!|Best sleep in town with laundry in same street. Excellent bathroom and bed. Nice balcony as well.

So glad my partner and I found this gem near downtown Patras. Very clean, amazingly friendly front desk staff (who are willing to go out of their way for you-I needed an eye doctor and she helped me call around since I don’t speak Greek (couldn’t get an appointment but she suggested the pharmacist who was able to help me!). ||Rooms large and clean with a huge balcony. No view however as the hotel is tucked in an ally of the city between apartments. Very modern renovation and secure. ||You can walk to a lot from here. Parking is two blocks away which isn’t convenient but given the circumstance in the city with parking in general at least they have secure parking two blocks away! ||Breakfast is included and is plentiful. Mostly breads and carbohydrates which I try to stay away from usually. ||Did not seem to be a lot of restaurants around, but looking at similar places like Moxy, it’s about the same. A short taxi downtown will get you lots of options. ||All in all a great place to stay, especially if on business or a longer stay. We stayed just one night en route to other places.
