Amazing coffee and they have the Dubai chocolate strawberries! Definitely stop by their cafe too across the street. The owner is also the nicest person. Highly recommend!

Very cute in the heart of downtown. Save yourself the trouble of street parking and find the parking deck. After about 45 minutes of trying to find one and another person taking my spot, I was over it. But shout out to the vendors. Wish there were a little more variety. A lot of basket weavers and jewelry. The street shops were good too. Not a fan of the customer service at the cookie place but the ice-cream was ahmazing!

A huge flea market that they call City Market Grocery. It has several merchants and a variety of eateries. It's also conveniently located in the middle of downtown.

A nice quiet cold Sunday morning. Still had a good group of vendors for not being in the tourist season. The vendors that we interacted and purchased merchandise from today were all polite and enjoyable to talk with. I’m a local, and rarely do I get the opportunity to come into downtown Charleston to shop because of all the traffic, extremely limited parking, and the crowds. But today was a very pleasant outing.

Would give 0 stars. Bought a large tea which was literally just a Bigelow tea bag and hot water for about $5 and they gave me decaf without asking for it, said that was all they had but didn’t tell me that when I bought it. They didn’t even put an extra tea bag just extra water and wouldn’t give me another bag when I requested one. So the extra water in the large tea supposedly costs extra? Ridiculous. Don’t buy anything from these people

Today purchased the dubai chocolate bar. We asked specifically if it was made fresh there and she assured us it was. When we got home and sampled it , it was nothing even close to what a genuine dubai chocolate bar was supposed to be like. The kanafe was not crispy and the pistachio cream wasn't even creamy , it was dry . Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! This use to be my go to place for lunch as I work in the downtown. After today I’m sorry I won’t be back. One slice of deli meat!! I tried to call to get this resolved or question why only one slice. But no call back. $12.00 for a piece of bread and one slice of deli meat! That’s robbery!

As someone who frequents The City Market Grocery and Market Street Deli. I can tell you their food, and coffees are excellent. Their service is fast and friendly. Put them on your list for breakfast or lunch the next time you are at The Charleston City Market. You will not be disappointed!!!

Strolling Through the market I became parched and needed a tasty refreshing beverage. Fresh lemonade hit the spot for me and reinvigorated my body from the global warming event outside. Will have another should I return!

We stopped in for a lemonade while exploring Charleston- conveniently located in the market- Service was ok, not overly friendly- but that was fine. The lemonade was ice cold and good and just what we needed on a hot August day.

This is my go to place breakfast , and lunch and coffee on the days I work at the Charleston City Market. The food is fresh and really good and the service is always top notch. Great food, friendly staff and great service. Make sure to stop in and get something yummy when you are at The Charleton City Market.

When you order a burrito and watch them put it into a microwave and charge you premium for it, No thank you. I can do that myself at home.

The food looks good on the pictures to order but it did not taste good and was not fresh. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and I watched them pull the eggs from a literal plastic container. The cheese tasted like plastic. They didn't warm it up so the cheese and egg and croissant were cold.

City Market Grocery at the Charleston City Market in Charleston is a great place to go for delicious sandwiches and well prepared coffee and much more. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely a hole in the wall restaurant just outside the doors of City Market in Charleston.. Opens extra early for breakfast... cooked immediately and individually as ordered! Extremely affordable and very friendly staff! Not too busy on Sunday morning after early church. We went back at 7:30 am on Monday for breakfast again! Limited menu but served fresh and hot! Great place if you're not looking for a fancy breakfast!!

Visiting from Florida and was walking thru and stopped here for a pick me upper. Staff was friendly food served hot and in a timely fashion. Owner was very hands on and friendly with us. I would recommend for all to stop by if ever in the area. Loved the busy atmosphere.

Would not recommend for a few reasons. First, the staff was quite unfriendly when ordering. The burrito components all are premade so the eggs are cold and coming from a bin. They assemble the burrito and put it in a subway microwave for 45 seconds. My burrito came out cold. Also, the cheese is cheap grocery cheese that tastes a little plastic-y in your mouth. In addition to this, they slightly premium breakfast pricing; my burrito came out to 11.50+ with tip. There's lots of great breakfast places in Charleston, try those!
