City Park Apart Hotel by C.H.M

The rooms were excellently equipped with kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. ||The staff was brilliant, most speaking 4-6 languages and very helpful about ongoing events in the city. ||There was a private driveway with parking. We were traveling with small children and I appreciated the privacy while loading and unloading. ||Very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy within in a block. ||Centrally located, most places were a $5 uber away.

The hotel is quietly secluded from the traffic of the nearby street, you can sleep well if someone doesn't storm into your room at 6am as it happened to me a few hours ago... Besides that, the staff was welcoming and ready to assist me in finding restaurants and calling taxis. My room was tidy, nothing fancy, a bit small, but overall pleasant. Breakfast can be definitely improved, very small selection of dishes, honey was still half frozen, no orange juice, no hot chocolate. They offered to cook an omelette. Anyhow, if you're not pretentious, this is a good hotel for a short stay

We loved our short stay. The Hotel is clean, and comfortable, and a perfect location for walking. The staff were very friendly. We have marked this place on our map for future visits to Kiev. The breakfast looked very nice, although we had other plans so we didn’t partake.

The hotel is small, very clean and comfortable. Ideal for business trips to Kiev. Service very polite, comfortable rooms, fridge and TV in every room. The choice of channels on the TV is limited. Overall a very good price-quality ratio. If you have tried large Kiev hotels smelling of the Soviet era, you will be pleasantly surprised.||The only thing that could be improved is breakfast, witch is poor and not varied. Poor selection of cold cuts and cheese. There are a few items that are more suitable for dinner than for breakfast. Oh, such a local tradition.

Fantastic Staff are just great. So happy to help They do it with passion aiming to please. This for me was a major contributing factor in leaving this review. Rooms are modern, comfortable, contemporary and the breakfast choices are excellent too. I slept amazingly well Top marks.......a winner.

Over priced for room quality. Unfriendly staff. No WiFi in room (edge of building). Radiator didn’t work, so just small electric heater doesn’t room. Breakfast basic. Really not a good experience at all for the three of us. Allah the desk manager was rude and unprofessional accusing us of stealing credit card as we’d used different one at check in compared to what we used to book online. Never ever use their prepay option, it’s the only reason I didn’t walk away was because we’d already paid. We’ve now removed this hotel from NATO/OSCE list of approved hotels for staff family stays as a result of this experience.

Wonderful budget option if you want to visit Kiev. Excellent room, very clean and the internet is fast. It's a short walk to the Golden Gate, with plenty of restaurants near by. ||||The staff were very helpful and I experienced no problems at all.||||The only constructive point would be about being able to hear your neighbors - only a bit. ||||Otherwise, excellent!
