City Park Hotel

Positive: relatively large and proper rooms, rather reliable internet connection Not so good: there is no lobby, service is unreliable (airport transfer was forgotten, breakfast service is slow and inattentive). If you want to have the full choice of breakfast, come early (after that the goodies are out and refills come slowly or not at all), the coffee machine is always lacking something (water, milk, coffee..). Horrible: the noise! Rooms have very thin walls (you hear the neighbour sneezing etc.), at the weekend the hotel restaurant is used for events... but the worst are the street musicians in front of the hotel that continuously howl their songs - there are two in particular that cannot hold a tune - until 10 p.m. If you have to stay longer or are on a business trip: avoid.

A hotel located in an ultra-central location of Chisinau, on a superb pedestrian street.|Decent services but I don't think it even reaches 4 stars. Staff distant and indifferent when I asked for directions to a parking space. The hotel does not offer parking and the police will fine you immediately. |Breakfast with very few options, and some products that were running out were not replenished.

I spent 3 days in this hotel. Oh my gosh, one of the worst hotes I've been to Dark room, uncomfortable bed, some kind of staircase outside the window, very poor sound insulation. Small, very cramped shower cabin. No toiletries except for soap (which also serves as shampoo). Towels are thin and small. No bathrobes. Trash wasn’t taken out every day. There’s no kettle in the room (I had to buy one myself). No lobby. Poor food. The only advantage is the location. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel.

the price was reasonable despite of being in the most center region and fancy. front desk employee Olga was kind all the time.

Loved staying in this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing - reception staff and concierge in particular delivering fantastic service throughout my stay. Anything I needed, they organized very quickly & efficiently. The location is perfect - very central, very close to the main city attractions & you are pretty much surrounded by great restaurants. Would very much recommend staying here. The breakfast is great too.

Great location for this hotel, right next to central City Park. Not far to walk for most attractions as well as bars and restaurants. Staff were great at check in and were helpful with any request. Rooms were good, with a lovely comfy bed Recommend if you ever in the city

Like most older hotels in Europe, there are some challenges, but the location and the size of the rooms are amazing and Thats what matters.

Great location, friendly and kind cleaning staff. Nice clean rooms. However, receptionists are nice, but not professional. And maybe consider adding some coffee or tea in the rooms with a kettle. It's common in 4 star hotels. Thanks for a nice stay overall !
