City Star Lodge

The room was immaculate, so clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay here and I can’t find a single flaw within this lodge! Getting way more than what was paid for!! So so grateful to have spent my time in Brisbane here at the City Star Lodge!

Hotel blew us away with how lovely it is, the rooms even better. We had arrived at 5am in brisbane and had quite the rough morning and the staff kindly let us check-in early with no issue at all. We grately appreciate them making things easier for us after the day we had. The staff are lovely and the value for such a late notice for 3 nights is amazing. Highly recommend!

Close to the city, beautiful rooms, extraordinary friendly staff, great price. My second stay and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. 5 stars all round.

I stayed at City Star for 3 weeks when my husband was admitted to the PA Hospital. City Star was my home away from home. My room was beautifully renovated, had everything I needed and very comfortable. It is walking distance to the hospital. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating and as I didn’t know how long I’d be staying for I appreciated that they made sure they held my room for as long as I needed. I would definitely be staying at City Star again next time we are in Brisbane.

Stayed for our last night before heading back home. Brisbane was heavily booked and this was a quick choice. Was pleasantly surprised. Very lovely reception and a super clean room. There is a kitchen for guests to use which is a huge plus for me. Easy walking distance to lots of things and public transport accessible. There was parking for our car.

Very comfortable and clean. Had everything my daughter and I needed. Lovely and helpful staff on reception. This accommodation was better than a 4 star resort we had stayed in on the Sunshine Coast. And the price was even better! I would definitely stay there again 😊

Great service, especially by the front staff. ||Comfortable stay, and 10/10 would recommend. ||Convenient, Friendly Grocer 24/7 just across the road and easy access all across Brisbane. ||Family-friendly, and budget friendly as well. Will be staying here again, for sure

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Arrived after reception shut, was traveling all day until 1030pm. Didn’t send me the required information to access my key. Spent an hour out the front calling their emergency number over 36 times. No response, had to book somewhere else. They called me back at 3am with some excuse about them only just receiving my missed calls. They were 100% sleeping and not monitoring the phone.
