Excellent for a Budget Category hotel. Clean, comfortable, easy to find/check-in/out. Quiet room. VG temperature control for room. Standard amenities. Bathroom fine.||Location walkable to beachy areas.||Quibbles: window coverings very budget

Stay for two days 29 & 30 for work purpose in Tauranga. Only one person Of course that's me 7 to 5 was on my work. Came only for sleep. Room condition was poor. Bed was uncomfortable. So many hairs. Bathroom was good. Never recommend anyone.

Booked here on a whim and wasn't disappointed. The room was very clean and comfortable and the spa was so needed and a great added bonus. I did book through a third party and I don't think they presented the correct info. I booked the Junior Suite which the site said had a bath, but it's only the Junior Suite with a Spa that have baths. Didn't realize this til my second night stay (booked separately after a great first night) when the lovely staff member booking me in pointed this out and that he had upgraded me th first night. Why you ask? Well because he could. I asked if the spa room was available and how much to upgrade and he simply told me not to worry and upgraded me anyway. Fantastic customer service. Oh, and it was close enough to walk to the Strand to pick up some essentials and close enough to the Clover for a lovely burger dinner! Would very highly recommend this place. 😁👍

I have stayed here at least three times. Sam at the reception is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so good for walking to the CBD restaurants. The other really good thing is that there is secure garage parking for your car. The rooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need.

Rooms are freshly reno'd and lovely. Very quiet, didn't hear my neighbors at all. Very clean. Big TV with disney+, Netflix, YouTube etc.

What a nice surprise, a clean, comfortable room in a great location at a very reasonable price. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. The room was quiet, we had a balcony, big TV and a great shower. There were enough pillows on the bed and a heat pump in the room. Staff were pleasant.
