Budget accommodation, Rooms were clean though a bit dated. No views from room, and lights from neighbouring building shone through windows at night as only venitan blinds no curtains. Seemed full but fairly quiet. Kitchen had what you needed but no milk on arrival so no nice relaxing hot drink after long drive. No shop or eatery on premise. small fridge but ample of a couple just staying a day or two no tourist info in room, Langley Park just a walk across the road Shower over a small bath not do disabled friendly. No hand rails in shower either. Taps in wash basin were separate, so a child could easily burn themselves. Free parking at door was a bonus beds were clean and comfy. Air con worked well

Pretty ordinary place - it is old but it could be a lot better maintained and kept clean. Stayed 4 nights at $170 per night and I think it was poor value. I realize it is high demand week due to Ashes cricket but this is the worst value I've found in Perth over 20 years of visiting.

We booked this for a weekend where we needed to be close to langley park and this was an affordable option that was across the road, however I dont think we would book again.||We booked a entry level room which was mostly quite clean (no signs of dust/dirt anywhere) and quite spacious. The kitchen was great with all your basic necessities and a full sized fridge.|As mentioned above, the room and grounds were quite clean, except when we moved the chairs at the tables and my foot found a discarded bottle cap and the non smoking sign that had dropped down onto the floor. Apart from those tiny things it was cleaner than other accommodations I have stayed in and cleaner than I expected. Daily room service was a bit odd with some days it looked like nothing was done and other days the bed was made with clean sheets & towels switched out.|The shower was almost a disaster with it being faulty and spraying water from the head in one part and the water pressure being more like a high pressure cleaner with such directed water, the moveable part of the head was broken and not able to allow the water to come out so directed, however it was nice and hot at all times and was a decent pressure, so showers were possible.||Unfortunately, even with the blinds on the window, at night the room was quite illuminated, and during the day, even with the blinds closed you didn't require lights.|There was also not a lot of sound proofing in the room, though all sound came from the street not the actual grounds/other patrons.||They do advertise "first come, first serve" in parking however the parking available is extremely limited (30-ish bays for everyone to share) and 50% of the bays are tiny parallel bays right next to someone's room, I wouldn't of wanted to be on the ground floor and walk out in the morning to find someone's vehicle right in my face. I also noticed potential permanent residences (they looked like they lived there, not staying for a holiday) put cones in "their spots" when their vehicles were not there, which meant that it was not "first come, first serve" - When trying to park one afternoon I was told off by a lady who told me I was not allowed to park my vehicle there as it was too big (it was a large SUV) despite fitting in the parking bay and not blocking anyone else - she followed me around while i was getting items out of my vehicle, harassing me and telling me "you need to move your car, you cant park here" - I should have stood my ground however I did not want to cause any issues and moved (one of the only reasons we booked here was for the parking so that our vehicle was safe overnight)||If you are requiring super cheap accommodation with kitchen facilities near langley park this option would be suitable however dont expect to be able to use the parking facilities.

The rooms were clean had everything needed for a few nights stay.. great if you are need close access to the Perth family court. It's a walk to the end of the street. Can get rooms with three single beds so if you are travelling with friends it's like a big people sleep over.

Rooms are dirty, stains on the wall, it smelt bad, the shower barely works at best and goes from hot to freezing cold every minute. There was black dirt on the bed sheets under the covers. We were told there is secure parking, there is literally no parking unless you get there a week early and steal 2 spots when someone leaves and you never move your car. And yes multiple cars were taking up 2 spots and never moved. The after hours contact number is ignored, even when you can't get back into the complex because the card reader on the gate is broken and the card stopped working on the main vehicle gate. The road between the 2 buildings stinks because people stand outside and smoke, which then gets sucked into the rooms from the AC. Staff seem helpful when you can find them, but if ytou have an actual issue they just try to deflect it. We checked out 2 days early because it was just not worth it. Will definitely be paying $15 extra a night for Ibis Styles up the road

Service was very good. Room had a full kitchen and spacious interior. Toilet was leaking so we had to turn the tap off and in between uses. Clean beds with blankets. Plenty of power points. Room was clean and basic. Met our needs. Lots of noise throughout the night from other guests and the curtains didn't completely block out the light.

The motel is absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the photos or descriptions! The room was dirty and smelled probably from the old carpet! I arrived with my 2 children and we felt very unsafe. People around were drinking and very noisy! Old mattresses were laying out on the street and it looked horrible. We ended up not staying and I asked for a refund. The receptionist got in contact with the manager and no one was willing to give me a refund or a partial refund! It was a quiet stressful experience as we had to find another hotel after a long travel trip. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money on this hotel!!!

Not what I was expecting. Told about the $300 bond on arrival. Room was old. Location is good. Not sure on the cleaners skills for cleaning. Chunk of soap on the bathroom wall, room service was once while I was there for 4 days and then it was bad, bed sheets were only thrown back up, tucked back under and my towel was sort of folded on bed. Took 2 attempts to get my $300 bond back. First email was for only $200, 2nd email was for the $300. Which they tell you that the bank had to release it but the bank had no idea. Would not stay there again.
