This is the worst stay of my life, travelling through many countries! No doubt about it! Whether it's a motel or a hotel, the most important thing is to sleep and stay overnight! I won't even mention the various shabby facilities. The window-type air conditioner makes a loud noise when turned on, and a bunch of pigeons are nesting on the air conditioner outside the wall. What the hell is going on? They start calling at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, scratching the air conditioner with their claws, and it continues until morning. The window is sealed shut, unable to open, and the pigeons cannot be driven away. It's impossible to sleep at all! The window sill is full of pigeon droppings! Not to mention the various motorcycle noises blasting the street in the middle of the night on the road nearby! I complained the next day, and the front desk kept saying they would give feedback to the manager, but it's been a week, and there has been no feedback. We've been self-driving in Western Australia for two weeks, and this night is the last night before the flight to rest conveniently for the intercontinental flight. This motel is a nightmare. No, it's not a motel; it's the nightmare itself. Extremely, extremely rubbish!

Probably won’t be wasting my money here again. I killed 2 cockroaches and a spider crawled under the fridge, the bedding was dirty, the host was rude and condescending, he didn't make me feel welcome at all when I first arrived, the other guests were extremely noisy, and the motel didn't even provide milk to the rooms for a cup of coffee. Worst place l've ever stayed in.

Room for a group of 5 excellent. Close to CBD and Langley Park. Beautiful walk close along river.

Location fantastic right on waterfront. Thick walls ensures good soundproofing and excellent sleeps. The place was clean and spacious- the kitchen was a separate room. Very good facilities. When standing outside found it had a surprising good community feel with other tenants friendly and happy. Wish I’d been able to stay the whole week. Prices are norm as everywhere’s expensive nowdays but this place could easily sleep 5-8!

I would have liked to have given them more stars but not able to as they cancelled on us. I had organized two of our staff to stay there as it was the perfect spot and had everything they needed. But they cancelled on us due to a third party card. We don't use a third party card and our staff are able to provide a credit card which I told them. So you have lost over 1000 dollars and didn't even ring us to talk to us. We were thankful enough to find somewhere else that has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. It's called communication. The rooms look good but the customer service is not good at all. Would not advise you to stay here if you don't want to be cancelled on. And the guy I spoke to on the phone could have been a bit happier it sounded like he was annoyed that I called.

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.
