The hotel was overall pleasant and functional. Our work group was able to use a meeting room, which was very important for us. Parking was easy in the underground garage, and the shared lounge was a nice bonus where we could relax in peace. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent.||On the downside, there were no slippers, the towels were quite rough, and the duvets and pillows were not very comfortable. In addition, the room was extremely dark, even with all the lights on. As the northern sky doesn’t provide much light at this time of year, it wasn't easy to get anything done in my room.

Beds: Very cramped space, but *very* comfortable bed. WiFi: Reliable Outlets: Next to the bed, but only on one side. Shower: Good shower pressure Great location that is about as close as you can be to the port, and about a 10-15min walk into the old town. If you want to do automated checkins, do it like this place, where there's still staff on hand to help with any questions. (There were issues with the luggage storage, for example, that would have been a bigger issue if someone wasn't there to help). Has a partner restaurant, as well as ping pong and a lounging space for people! Room was very small, could only walk along one side of the bed since the other three sides were up against a wall, but the comfort of the bed and lack of noise made up for it. View was only of a construction site, but thankfully not a noisy one during the time of my visit. Tiny space, no room to put a suitcase, not even a stand to put it or hooks to hang coats. So, yes, big bed which was paramount, but definitely need to use most of the space to set the backpack and luggage on. Not a dealbreaker for one, but just to take note of.

Excellent location close to the port and easy reach of the Old Town. Check in was automated and straightforward. The building and room is modern and the room basic and clean. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was spacious. There is also a ‘partner’ restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, modern and clean - perfect for any length of stay in the city, close to harbour & centre. Easy-to-use automated check-in/out system. Lovely communal areas, kitchen facilities also available. Stayed in Single room with interior/atrium view and as I just needed couple hours of sleep before my early morning ferry, it was more than enough. Choose something with a town view if you plan to stay longer and need some daylight. Reasonable price & good perks for registered clients.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s as good each time. The rooms are clean and just as described online. Both, self check-in and check-out are quick and easy. Location is convenient. The only downside each time was the amount of toilet paper provided, no idea where to get more since you rarely see any staff anywhere. This isn’t a huge issue though.

This is a really good hotel! The room is spacious, with a large window. The bed is also super comfortable. The bathroom is nice, good water pressure, also bright enough to do makeup. There is also a common room, where we can prepare simple meal! The hotel is also only 12mins away from the old town. Although I had a little trouble when doing self checkin, the staff helped me immediately. Appreciate them to operate an affordable but quality hotel by cutting out some unnecessary service. Highly recommended!

We had a very good 2-night stay here. It's close to the bars and restaurants in the renovated warehouse district, and still close enough to the old town to walk. More important for us was it's close to the ferries to Finland -- just 5 mins walk. It's new and scrupulously clean. We chose an "atrium" room which was a mistake. What it means is it looks out only over a space not much bigger than a lift shaft, and the window doesn't open. Understandably these rooms are cheaper, and while we would have much preferred a room with a window that admitted sunlight and opened, it was actually ok considering we spent so little time in it. Bed ok and bathroom good; not much space to hang clothes. Staff very good.|Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic -- very good and very quick, considering it's cooked to order.

Convenient Hotel located near the old town. It has a very easy self check-in and check-out system. There's also a host desk in case you have any questions. The room are really basic but you get all you need and it was quiet during the night. I definitely recommend it if you're planning your whole day outside and just need a bed for the night. Really great value.
