I liked staying at your hotel. The rooms were new and clean. The whole hotel looked very nice. If I had to single out something that I didn't like as much was the self check-in facility (I prefer reception because it is one of the experiences I enjoy when traveling - talking to local people, asking which areas and places to visit, but that's my personal preference) and breakfast (it was nice, but for EUR 17.00 expensive for what was offered - I would prefer a buffet for that money).

I chose this Hotel due to it's position between the Old Town and the Port as I was doing a day trip to Helsinki as well. My flight was coming in late and I wanted somewhere that allowed late check-in. Check-in was really easy and contactless. The Hotel was really clean in the reception area. Got my card and headed to my room. You can't get into the floors without a pass so it is very secure. My room was a double with a single occupancy. The room was small but spotlessly clean. Bathroom was furnished in top quality parts and the shower worked brilliantly. Bed was very comfy and the soundproofing was excellent - I didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Old Town and 5 mins to the port. Perfect for what I needed. Despite there being no facilities for making a drink in the room there is a kitchen on the third floor where you could fix yourself up with a tea/coffee. For me the Hotel was perfect. Would stay here again quite happily.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. First off - €40 for a double room? RIDICULOUS! That's the same price as a hostel in Western Europe! The lobby on level 1 had self check in machines, but the staff were kind enough to let me check in an hour early. The area on level 3 had laundry facilities, vending machines and common areas, and was spotlessly clean. The room itself had all the essentials, and was very clean and comfortable with the high ceilings. The little things, such as adjustable reading lights, were a really nice touch. The location was excellent - 10min walk to old town and close to tram and bus stops. I really enjoyed my time in Estonia, and I would definitely stay here again! :)

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is new, simple, clean. There is no reception, check-in and check-out are done at some machines. You have a tram station next to the hotel. The ferry terminal is also quite close to the hotel. Very good Wi-Fi. Very small room, looks more like a corridor segment, but clean. No TV (personally, I don't need it), no fridge (it would be very useful...). Very clean bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no door to the shower or curtain. So no matter how careful you are, the water also reaches the toilet, which is located right next to the shower. There is a scraper to remove this water, but there is still moisture that you walk through later. The temperature in the room does not exceed 22 degrees, although the thermostat accepts up to 23.5. You do not have a bedside table next to the bed. There is a shelf above your head, but it's inconvenient to use if you want to put a phone, a glass of water, to have easy access to during the night. I prefer hotels with a 24-hour reception, with a human operator.

A very modern and new hotel with very very good price. Beautifully desingned. Great beds and easy self check-in! Only problem was that it was a bit dirty. Though the bed linen was clean, the bathroom sink was clearly unwashed. The towels were also worn out. Very good location.

Great location, close to the old town and to the port (ferry terminals), the tram station in front of the door, lots of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. There is also a shopping centre 3 minutes away from the hotel. A good equipped clean room, check in with no problems, very easy and comfortable. The only one it big minus point is the laundry: one time washing and drying cost 20 euro (10 euro each). The prices for the laundromat are extremely high and no corresponding to all.

The hotel was overall pleasant and functional. Our work group was able to use a meeting room, which was very important for us. Parking was easy in the underground garage, and the shared lounge was a nice bonus where we could relax in peace. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent.||On the downside, there were no slippers, the towels were quite rough, and the duvets and pillows were not very comfortable. In addition, the room was extremely dark, even with all the lights on. As the northern sky doesn’t provide much light at this time of year, it wasn't easy to get anything done in my room.

This is my second stay at the hotel. Compared to the first, it wasn't as wonderful. I could hear absolutely everything in the room, from the neighbor brushing his teeth in the next room to the cleaning staff cleaning the rooms. I couldn't get enough sleep. Perhaps because the room was in the middle of two corridors... :( The toilet had poor ventilation. Sticky floor in the room. Pros: warm room, comfortable bed, good darkening, and the hotel's location. Extra towels available. Thank you.
