Great stay for families! We stayed here for a few days with our kids and really liked it. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed — especially the kitchen and laundry. The area is quiet but well connected to the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

his property offers a calm, spacious retreat just outside the city centre. Our apartment was impressively large — plenty of room for a family of three — and thoughtfully designed, with a clean, modern feel throughout. Although the location is around 20 minutes by train from the old town, it’s not a drawback. The city’s public transport system is excellent, and with a tram stop just five minutes from the building, getting around was simple and efficient. We were able to travel across the city with ease, making the distance feel negligible. The hotel staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful. Even when we placed a food order very late at night, it was delivered promptly to our room — a small gesture that left a strong impression. Breakfast was nicely presented and readily available, setting a good tone for the day. Overall, while not in the city centre itself, this hotel offers generous space, strong service, and excellent connectivity. It’s a smart choice for travellers who value comfort and convenience without sacrificing access to the heart of the city.

This hotel is located in a nice, quiet area, with a public transport station just 2 minutes away. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach the city center. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for two people. The floor was a bit dirty, although the rest of the room was clean. It had a spacious shower and some basic kitchen amenities. One thing I didn’t like was the deposit policy. While taking a deposit is understandable, the hotel only accepts bank cards. I realize that cash isn’t widely used in Amsterdam, but for tourists staying just 1–3 days, this can be inconvenient — not every traveler has a card that might work abroad or card at all. If your card isn’t accepted in the Netherlands, you simply won’t be able to stay here and won’t be welcomed? This is something you have to consider before staying there. Another issue is the refund process: the hotel promises to return the deposit within 24 hours after check-out. Again, this may be problematic for short-term visitors who are already out of the country by then — what if there’s a delay or issue with the refund? There’s a small tourist and snack shop on-site. Some members of the reception staff were very helpful, while others were less so.

the hotel is very good. it is good that there is an opportunity to cook your own food and go to the restaurant, which is located in the hotel. good location. by tram you can quickly get to the metro, and from there anywhere else. the staff is qualified, very friendly. told how to rent a bike, were always happy to help. the only thing is that the washing machines (the ones on my surface were not properly maintained and after I fixed things there, they had an excessive smell, unfortunately). overall satisfied with the hotel.||||the breakfast was delicious. there were fruits and pastries, and much more. the staff is very qualified. liked the terrace on the roof.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Good services for metro ticket, possibility for renting a bike. A little bit far from the center but very close to the tram.

Although the hotel is about 40 minutes from the city center, it’s still very convenient thanks to the tram stop right outside and a nearby train station, making it easy to explore other areas as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even offers a free sauna – a really nice bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt this hotel offered great value for money.

Great experience, very comfy apartment and bathroom. I stayed here for a week and I loved it :) If you want to find great value appartment with close distance to Amsterdam this is way to go. Very nice staff, explainef everything and offered help. Nice location as well. Don't forget you have to make a deposit and it has to be a physical debit card. A suggestion for improvement is that when you withdraw your hotel card it cuts electricity even to a fridge. So if you are away for the whole day, there is a higher chance your things in the fridge will go bad, that should be fixed. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

The hotel is advertized as having "Climate Control", but the AC is effectively just for show. On the cooling setting, even on the highest setting it does absolutely nothing. This is insane to me as a good cooling system is very cheap compared to cost of even 1 night's stay. I bring a termometer with me and the first room they gave me could not fall below 76F/24.5C. They told me this is unual and was moved to a different room, which happened to be a bit naturally cooler (72F/22.5C), but the AC itself also did nothing (over days of being constantly on). Additionally, many rooms' windows do not open and even, if it does it opens very very slightly and only underneath and to the outside, so even though it is cold outside, you still cannot cool the room at all.
