Amazing place with wonderful people! The staff is always ready to help, very friendly and smiling. Upon arrival, they told us about all the amenities: a gym, sauna, and restaurant. The room was wonderful, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook and have a relaxing stay. The restaurant has a great selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The surroundings were always clean and cozy! This place was the best we've ever stayed at!

Really nice hotel with absolutely wonderfull staff that are super kind. Made the entire late-night last minute booking super easy with minimal stress. With just the 150 Euro deposit being a suprise on my end, but we got it sorted out. I loved the 2 that worked night shift on the 1st January. This hotel's rooms are nicccccceee

The hotel and apartments need a bit of touch up but still a great place. Apartment has everything needed. The main thing there were no bed bugs which is a common issue at the hotels in Amsterdam. The facilities at the hotel are great: gym, sauna, laundry. Beautiful terrace on the top floor with the restaurant and nice view. It is very convenient to have breakfast , lunch, supper at the same place. Location is very quite with public transport 3min away. It is just 25min to the city center by tram

It’s a nice studio with all amenities. That’s great, with Nespresso Just the beds are very uncomfortable..way too soft. Had them to take off the topper which left 2 beds ( why??? ) of which one was skewed. Pillows way to high which was kind of solved by using the pillows of the sofa..with an extra cover but still Uncomfortable. Still when I asked for other pillows they said they didn’t have them. Apparently other guests had asked about it, so I was not the first guest asking for it. The was falling. Couldn’t really sit on it without almost sliding off. Just uncomfortable..while the idea is to be comfortable. Loved that the TV could be turned around to watch from the bed The shower a mess…no door/wall to keep the water from getting all over the floor. Don’t want to be mopping the shower floor after every shower tbh. Spacious shower though

Room was clean and warm. Bed was uncomfortable and too soft. Only 2 forks and spoons so you had to wash them every day there was a dishwasher but they only gave u 1 tab. We got half full soap and shampoo, even when we hung out the hanger for switching trash they wouldn’t refill our toilet paper had to go to the reception and ask for it. Great location and there was a free sauna and small gym though.

Rooms are actually a XL size studio apartment. Quiet large. You can rent bikes. Rooftop available. Nice restaurant- food is excellent quality. Dry Sauna with reservation (private use). Everything was clean. Super friendly staff. Wow.

This was my second stay at Cityden in Amersfoort, and once again it was a great experience. The welcome was especially pleasant this time: friendly, attentive, and hospitable. My room on the 6th floor was nicely designed and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. I also really appreciated that my request for a late check-out until 12:00 was accommodated free of charge — excellent service. The location is great, close to Barut, and parking in the area is free on weekends, which is very convenient. All in all: highly recommended!

Indefinitely will come here again! I love that the room is a studio appartement and that there is a sauna and a gym. Really liked the restaurant and the breakfast is actually worth the money! Well done!
