Such a great place to stay!! So much better than a usual hostel or mixed dorm experience! This was the cheapest place to stay in Copenhagen yet still had brilliant amenities! Loved the lighting changes in the pod, the inbuilt bluetooth speakers. The pods were soundproof so there were no disturbances. Along the corridor the whole bathroom set up was great! The privacy and ease of separate shower cubicles and Rituals shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser was lovely. Then, they provided robes which made for a cosy walk to and from the sauna and cold bucket plunge! Sauna could have been hotter as there was a gap underneath the door but maybe there are safety regulations?! There are hairdryers and vanity stations in the bathroom as well. Reception desk was really friendly and the communal area with beers on tap was very fun!

CityHub delivers much of what you would expect from a modern hostel. The bed and pillows were notably comfortable, and the overall environment, including the toilets and showers, was very clean and well maintained. However, the pod itself became uncomfortably hot. While heating and air conditioning are advertised, these are centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted within the room, which feels somewhat misleading. A fan was provided to help with the heat, but unfortunately it did not work, so the temperature remained uncomfortable. This may be manageable when staying alone, but as a couple the pod felt particularly stuffy. LED lights also stopped working in our room and could not be controlled from the app, very annoying. The location is approximately a 30-minute walk from the main city centre. This is reasonable if you do not mind walking, but it can become tiring if done daily. Overall, it was a pleasant and affordable stay. That said, if visiting again, I would likely opt to spend more on a hotel for improved comfort. CityHub is well suited if you simply need a clean, comfortable bed for the night, but less ideal for longer stays due to the lack of effective climate control within the pods.

Great hostel, loved the room. The bathrooms are nice and have rituals hygiene products provided so no need to bring your own. Also they got a sauna which was amazing during cold winter days.

First time ever in Denmark. Lovely stay at CityHub. Has all the amenities, towels, hair dyers, clean bathrooms, kimonos, towels and sauna. Has large and spacious rooms for a pod like design. Despite having many many rooms around you, they are actually quite sound proofed for what it is. Daniela the host was friendly and helpful and kind! There is a bar, a nice big communal space, kitchenette, and a movie space. There is a bus stop right outside and bikes you can borrow too. Thank you for an amazing stay! And thank you Daniela!

We felt safe comfortable and happy during our 4 night stay! The rooms and the overall environment is cosy and welcoming, with lovely staff around 24/7. Couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to come back!

Recently stayed here for three nights during my stay in the centre. I was very very impressed with the hub and what it had to offer! The pods were spacious enough for me and my brother to have our case each in there. The pod itself was comfy and we liked the ability to connect our phones and ipad to the Bluetooth when listening to music and watching a film. The shower and toilet facilities were very clean and came with good quality Rituals cleaning products for you to use. It was also really helpful that a City Host was always available, even at 11:30pm, when I'd seen somewhere about an attraction being closed. I was able to message them and they checked for me and responded within 5 minutes. The kitchen size isn't great and is big enough for probably 2-3 people at a time but isn't a huge problem. Location wise, this is perfectly placed. It's about a two minute walk from the M3 line and a twenty minute walk from Tivoli Gardens. I also liked that I could leave my suitcase there in the lockers provided even after check out as my flight was later in the night. I would stay here again and am looking forward to more hubs being opened in other locations.

Nice clean hubs. I think this is possible the best cheap option to stay in Copenhagen. Personal was really friendly aswell and always open to help. Check-In and Check-out is super easy. It's quiet in the hub and comfortable to sleep. Toilets and showers are clean. The hub even has Bluetooth speakers to connect with. Only improvement would be window squeegees in the showers to remove water for the next person. A tip for good and cheap food is the Pizza place on the opposite of the Cityhub where we got a discount because we were staying in the Cityhub.

I had the best time! Stayed for 4 nights, would happily stay again. Great value for money, easy to get to via metro from the airport. Only a short walk to the metro which is one stop from the central hub station - was very easy for day tripping to Malmo too less than 2 hours to get there - so crossed Sweden off my countries visited list too. As you enter the CityHub it’s check in/out via touchscreen, very easy and you get to pick top or bottom bunk (I chose top - and you do need to climb up and down it’s too high to jump down!). The communal area was a great chill vibe and there’s a hub staff member hanging out all day and night for any questions. The pod was pretty spacious! Yes it’s a pod, but plenty of room especially for one. Liked the USB chargers, liked changing the lights in the pod to match my mood each day, towels/bedding were clean and fresh. The toilets/showers were also super clean! Like a nice gym bathroom setup, and very quiet as they have two bathrooms (each with 10+ self contained private shower cubicles in). It is very peaceful, not really a party hostel or geared for big groups staying. People keep to themselves but I liked that, felt like a little retreat type place especially with the sauna. Will definitely try another CityHub or if I’m ever back in Copenhagen would stay again. I even left them a tin of English fudge as a thank you, since the team were so nice and do a great job.

Was waiting to write the review after the stay. It was exactly what I wanted - hostel environment and a comfortable, private-ish stay (your own hub, shared bathrooms). Very modern rooms, with controlled lights and speakers. Location is also very good. All in all, highly recommended!!

I wish I had more words to express my gratitude and love for this place. My stay here was around 8 days. The hub itself is larger than it seems in pictures. It's extremely cozy, and outside noise was never an issue. The bathroom facilities were always immaculate, and they provided all of the essentials for you (the products smells amazing). They also provide towels, washcloths, robes, and towels for wet long hair. My favorite part about the stay was the common area. It was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and you had access to card & board games, books, and magazines. It also had a draft system that featured local beer, a spirits dispenser, a wine pour machine, and two vending machines that offered a variety of beer, non alcoholic drinks, mixers, and wine. The customer service was fantastic. It was a breeze to check in and check out. You are given an RFID wristband that acts as your hub key, and as a way to charge for drinks in the common area. The area itself is great. So many things within walking distance to check out, and public transportation is very close. I would stay here or at any of there properties again.

How often do you use the hotel gym, what about the mini fridge or the safe, or the desk in the corner? Chances are if you are visiting g a city, it's not to be in your hotel room. Cityhub expands on this idea by delivering pods that are cocoon-like. Cozy little pods that are clean and comfortable. You also get to choose if you want to have a zen like feel with low sleeping accommodations or a train berth like experience with the upper accommodations. Cityhub is also very central and easy to get to and from the airport using the metro.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! We stayed in one the top pods. They were surprising cooler in temperature then we would've thought and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy and staff seemed nice as well.

We loved it here! Generally very clean and welcoming staff. The rooms are very small but that's what you would expect and it was fine because we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. The bed was insanely comfortable, too, and they don't have AC in the rooms but even in summer it's cool enough that it doesn't matter, but they'll give you a fan if you need it. The bathrooms were really nice and had what you needed, and if you forgot to bring flip flops they have a vending machine with them. If I ever return to Copenhagen I will stay here again!
