An absolutely unique hostel experience with a modern high design concept. Super clean facility. Shared bathrooms have private shower stalls with great showers and hot water. Self service coffee and beer bar. Beds in the hubs or pods are amazing. Fantastic value.

Exceptional pod hostel. The pod itself is spacious, has Bluetooth and lights controlled by an app on your phone. You can purchase everything and unlock the doors with a bracelet they give you, and they have a sauna and a movie zone too. It was such a comfortable stay and the pods are quiet.

Very organized place with smart solutions. Very easy to check in/out and to pay for coffee or something to drink. Nice shower room with private shower booths. A lot of toilets and the whole place was very clean. The beds was comfortable and the hubs/rooms was pretty good sound isolated. They also had a nice hangout area and good WiFi everywhere.

I had a really enjoyable stay at CityHub Copenhagen. The check-in and check-out process was fuss-free and smooth, which I really appreciated. The location is great – very walkable to the metro, with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The bed in the pod was very comfortable, and I liked being able to customise the lighting using the app – a nice touch! The shared amenities were decent too. The bathrooms, kitchen, vending machines, and hangout area were all clean and useful. I didn’t use the sauna, so I can’t comment on that. One small thing – there are no laundry facilities on-site. It wasn’t a problem for me as I had made other plans, but just something to note, especially since the nearby laundromat is closed due to fire damage. I hope CityHub considers adding laundry options in future. Overall, I had a great time here. I would happily stay again and will definitely check out other CityHub locations. I hope they expand to even more cities!

Loved our little stay here. It was the first time we ever stayed in a place like this. It was very clean and we even found the bathrooms were terrifically clean. We asked for an extra pillow on our stay and we got that very quickly. Any requests to staff were dealt with in a quick manner. I would recommend to anyone of any age!

Nicest capsule hotel we have been to in Copenhagen - clean, well equipped with friendly and welcoming staff. Pods are on the bigger side - you get one double bed and plenty of room to change or store your stuff. It has speakers built in, so you can use your phone to play music. The AC is working well, but you cannot turn it on or off. Rest rooms were always cleans even smelling nice. You get a robe, towel and shampoo/shower gel, so you only have to bring your toothbrush/toothpaste. They even have sauna for free. We stayed there for three times and we’ll continue to go there - it’s nice, affordable and it’s not that far from the city center.

Overall it’s a cool place with a young vibe, bathrooms are clean and showers too. I will say probably the best bed I’ve had on my travels in a long time! Only drawback is the pods get quite warm, I even had a fan from the front running but still was about 73 -76 degrees in my pod. Would stay again when I return to CPH

I was skeptical but wow, truly blown away by this place. Everything is super clean, the bed was actually really comfy and was never waken up by noises at night at all, super quiet & respectful neighbors. And sauna after a full day of walking around the city? chef kiss. + The staff is super nice & attentive. Congrats to whoever is in charge of this, would def recommend! 👏🏼👏🏼
