Recently stayed here for three nights during my stay in the centre. I was very very impressed with the hub and what it had to offer! The pods were spacious enough for me and my brother to have our case each in there. The pod itself was comfy and we liked the ability to connect our phones and ipad to the Bluetooth when listening to music and watching a film. The shower and toilet facilities were very clean and came with good quality Rituals cleaning products for you to use. It was also really helpful that a City Host was always available, even at 11:30pm, when I'd seen somewhere about an attraction being closed. I was able to message them and they checked for me and responded within 5 minutes. The kitchen size isn't great and is big enough for probably 2-3 people at a time but isn't a huge problem. Location wise, this is perfectly placed. It's about a two minute walk from the M3 line and a twenty minute walk from Tivoli Gardens. I also liked that I could leave my suitcase there in the lockers provided even after check out as my flight was later in the night. I would stay here again and am looking forward to more hubs being opened in other locations.

Been using cityhub on/off over the years when i have to stay overnight in cph for work. I tried several other establishments like this, but cityhub is by far the best. Rooms are amazing, very comfortable and one gets to have a huge bed all alone. The easy self-service, great price and helpful service teams is just icing on the cake. There is full privacy and amble room in each pod; there are big shared bathrooms and no desk inside a pod, so if that is a priority it is a no-go. But for a very comfortable place to stay and sleep while working, sightseeing or the like it is a great find. There are various plugs for power (normal outlets + 2x usb)

Had a really positive experience at this hotel. It was really easy to get to from the airport (about 25-30 mins when using the metro) and is in a great area with lots of restaurants/cafes/bars, and within walking distance of the rest of Copenhagen. We checked in using the machines just as you walk in, where you receive the your wristband. You can also choose whether you want a top or bottom hub here. The hangout area is situated immediately as you walk in. It has self service drinks (soft, hot and alcoholic) as well as free water. The vibe in the hangout area is really relaxed; the music they play is very calming and everyone is quietly chilling out. They also have a few games and books to entertain yourself with. The hub itself does the job well. There’s enough space that you don’t feel claustrophobic, and it comes complete with robes and towels to use in the bathroom, as well as controllable mood lights, charging points and Bluetooth speakers. I would say that when you first enter the hub during the day, it feels quite warm. I was quite worried that I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night due to being too hot, however once the air con kicked in later on, the temperature was much more comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. It’s also very quiet so you are not disturbed by other guests. Finally, the bathrooms are very clean. They provide good quality toiletries from rituals, as well as hairdryers, an iron and ironing board and mirror space to get ready. I also was able to walk straight into a shower at 8am, there was no waiting around in a queue. It’s also an added bonus that you get to keep your belongings in their lockers for up to 24 hours after your checkout time. Overall I would highly recommend!

My first time staying in a cityhub and I would highly recommend it! The hotel has a large communal area with a bar, vending machines and lots of seating. The rooms are perfect for a long weekend and the shared bathrooms are well equipped. The entire place was spotless and very well soundproofed. The staff are amazing and are the main reason to choose this place. Nelson, Helena and Matteo are friendly, knowledgeable and know all of the best places to visit!

This was my first time ever staying in a hostel, and I absolutely loved everything about CityHub Copenhagen! The vibe and atmosphere were amazing — modern, clean, and really well thought out. The whole setup was great, from the shared spaces to the sleeping pods. One fun feature I really enjoyed was that during check-in, you can choose your mood lighting for your room — such a cool and personal touch that makes the space feel cozy and unique! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They recommended we rent bikes to explore the city, which turned out to be the perfect way to get around. Everything was spotless, including the shared bathrooms. Don’t let the idea of sharing a bathroom put you off — the setup is great, with plenty of private rooms, space to change, and I never had to wait. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen who wants a stylish, affordable, and comfortable base for sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again!

I’d say this to be an ideal place for a short stay (1-2 nights) or even just for a long layover. It’s cozy and has a unique design to it. I really liked that it feels like an upgraded, more “adult” version of a hostel — same friendly atmosphere but much more comfortable and well-designed. The bedrooms were clean, soundproof, secure, and well-kept, and the bathrooms were great. I also appreciated the small details, like the vending machine with last-minute essentials near the bathrooms, makes it very convenient for really early or late arrivals. It’s also nice that they have an app with someone who’s available to answer any inquiries around the clock! Didn’t realize they also have a sauna, which I would love to take advantage of next time.

Great place to stay! Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is great, absolutely brilliant. The room is okay and bed is comfortable. Walking distance to most places, although it could take an hour of walk to reach the tourist destinations, it's a nice exercise and time to explore the city. Worth the price!

Wow! I really didn’t expect such a great experience from a pod hostel. It had everything you needed — from very clean and well-maintained bathrooms/showers to a well-organised kitchen area for budget-friendly travelling. The pods were much nicer and cozier than I expected — small, but with enough space to not feel claustrophobic. I’d really recommend it! Just be aware it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station, but it’s very close to grocery shops and nice restaurants.

Yelp
Was waiting to write the review after the stay. It was exactly what I wanted - hostel environment and a comfortable, private-ish stay (your own hub, shared bathrooms). Very modern rooms, with controlled lights and speakers. Location is also very good. All in all, highly recommended!!

Yelp
I wish I had more words to express my gratitude and love for this place. My stay here was around 8 days. The hub itself is larger than it seems in pictures. It's extremely cozy, and outside noise was never an issue. The bathroom facilities were always immaculate, and they provided all of the essentials for you (the products smells amazing). They also provide towels, washcloths, robes, and towels for wet long hair. My favorite part about the stay was the common area. It was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and you had access to card & board games, books, and magazines. It also had a draft system that featured local beer, a spirits dispenser, a wine pour machine, and two vending machines that offered a variety of beer, non alcoholic drinks, mixers, and wine. The customer service was fantastic. It was a breeze to check in and check out. You are given an RFID wristband that acts as your hub key, and as a way to charge for drinks in the common area. The area itself is great. So many things within walking distance to check out, and public transportation is very close. I would stay here or at any of there properties again.

Yelp
How often do you use the hotel gym, what about the mini fridge or the safe, or the desk in the corner? Chances are if you are visiting g a city, it's not to be in your hotel room. Cityhub expands on this idea by delivering pods that are cocoon-like. Cozy little pods that are clean and comfortable. You also get to choose if you want to have a zen like feel with low sleeping accommodations or a train berth like experience with the upper accommodations. Cityhub is also very central and easy to get to and from the airport using the metro.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had a great stay! We stayed in one the top pods. They were surprising cooler in temperature then we would've thought and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy and staff seemed nice as well.

Yelp
We loved it here! Generally very clean and welcoming staff. The rooms are very small but that's what you would expect and it was fine because we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. The bed was insanely comfortable, too, and they don't have AC in the rooms but even in summer it's cool enough that it doesn't matter, but they'll give you a fan if you need it. The bathrooms were really nice and had what you needed, and if you forgot to bring flip flops they have a vending machine with them. If I ever return to Copenhagen I will stay here again!
