CityInn Hotel Taipei Station One

The hotel offers many thoughtful service arrangements, such as booking Fuhang Soy Milk breakfast for guests, purchasing souvenirs on their behalf, discounts at nearby massage parlors, and arranging driver pickup services, etc. The staff are also very friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to Taipei Main Station, making it easy to arrange transportation. The only thing I was concerned about the room is relatively small, and the TV position might bump your head— you have to be careful every time you walk by. Also, since the hotel is always in a busy downtown area, you can hear traffic noise from the street outside in the morning, but it's not too noisy and is at an acceptable level.

We stayed at this hotel after a horrible experience with another one across the street. We really enjoyed our 8 days stay here. The staff are very accommodating and thoughtful. They cleaned our rooms diligently everyday and provided is with extra pillow and towels when we needed one. They even decorated our beds during our birthdays (myself and another family member celebrated our birthdays in Taipei). They left notes and cards and wished us well. Nina (one of the hotel staff) even left us with pineapple cakes before we checked out. Overall, we had a blast and we left Taipei with a lot of good memories. This is definitely a better hotel option if anyone is looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is closed to the Taipei Main Station. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station One has always been my top choice for price and accessibility. The staff working there are always so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean, may not be the biggest considering the price you are paying for. You might also read reviews saying walls are thin which can be true at times if your neighbours are loud. But the room is sufficient, clean, beds and pillows comfy. Toilet is clean. They also replenishes your bottled water everyday, provides clean towels daily. For people who wants supper, complimentary cup noodles are provided every night. And they have milk tea and ice tea provided all day as well. Pantry at 2nd floor is small but good enough. The hotel also allows you to store your luggage before check in and after check out if required. Will definitely be back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

From check in to check out, the staff anticipated and exceeded every expectation. Abby gave me a list of recommendations that matched my need perfectly. Each time I had a question it was answered and I was helped immediately. One staff member walked me across the street and ordered breakfast for me to insure it was exactly what I’d wanted. The laundry is convenient and the amenities are even better than described. I’m not easily impressed. This is easily worth 2-3x the cost. It is a safe and comfortable place. I will be back every time I’m in Taipei.

Our 2nd call with this great Hotel in Taipei and we will continue to stay with this hotel every trip we come to Taipei. ||Great location, super fantastic staff, comfortable room and very clean amenities. One step off the door with all the foods and drinks and only less than 10 min walk to MRT Taoyuan Station to the Airport and Taipei Main Station as well as the undergroud mall. Only 10 min walk to the main tourist attraction at the night walking street, Ximending, and with the MRT you are connecting with every where else in Taipei!!!

We stayed for almost a week. Rooms were a little small (stayed in the room without windows) but rates were friendly so can’t complain. Staff was always so friendly and nice. Consistently ensuring our stay was well taken care of. Special mention to the auntie(s) that do the housekeeping that were so friendly and chirpy. I really liked the part where there’s washing machine for your use. (It’s free) there’s a dryer here too if you want. There’s water dispenser for boiling, warm and cold water in the pantry so that’s very nice. Coffee machine and some drinks dispenser too. All free of charge. They have nice interesting feature where they offer some cup noodles after 10pm. Be careful, it’s always very popular. Sometimes when I’m too late there’s no more left :( Guests were a mix of locals during the weekends and tourists. Sometimes families with children. Be careful though, the walls are a bit thin, but nothing too serious. Overall enjoyed my stay. Will probably be back if possible.

Excellent location across from the Taipei train station, friendly staff, easy access to all the good food, free tea/coffee/instant noodles provided on the 2nd floor, free luggage storage services. If you have luggage, it’s very short walk to the elevator that takes you to the Taipei train station as well. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Taipei!!

One of the most recommended hotel in Taipei walking distance to Taipei Main Station very convenient the hotel also accepts walk - in for check in 24 hrs. ||Close to many convenient store and other stores for other necessities needed. Hotel provides complimentary foods like cup noodles from 10 pm - 6am. Drinks like milk tea, coffee and tea is provided as well. ||Receptionist like Ms. Hera and other Staff’s were very kind and friendly they will assist you in the best way they could very attentive to your needs.||Will definitely return to this hotel once I comeback to Taipei to have a vacation again.
