CityInn Hotel Taipei Station One

I rarely leave reviews but this hotel deserves all the praise. This was my first time visiting Taiwan. The location was prime as it is very close to the Main Taipei station, making it easy to get everywhere. I was also pleasantly surprised because they left me a nice letter for New Years and they gave me a birthday surprise. They decorated my room and even gave me cake. I had never received this level or care or detail before. Another thing is you can get free drinks, ramen during certain hours and it is free to use their washer and dryer with everything included.

We stayed for more than a week in the hotel and it was a very nice, pleasant and memorable experience. Conveniently located near the Taipei Main Station, it made travelling to other parts of the city/ country extremely accessible. The hotel itself was new, clean and well-maintained. Amenities and facilities were good, with a well-stocked and frequently replenished pantry with drinks and snacks. The room we stayed in was comfortable, cosy yet sufficiently spacious, and room cleaning service was done well (although there was a one-off incident when the body wash was not sufficiently refilled). But above all, the staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’d like in particular to highlight and commend Ms Abbey for extending her warm hospitality and fantastic service to us, making our trip to Taiwan a memorable and unforgettable experience!

Stayed here for two nights with my family - including my uncle who is in a wheelchair - and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and even helped bring us to the (very overwhelming) train station after checkout. The rooms were very functional and the beds very comfortable! The pwd accessible room was well equipped as well. A free hot drinks vending machine and laundry room were great little bonus amenities, but as well. The location is great to see some Taipei highlights by foot and we'll connected to the metro. Perfect for a few days in the city!

My husband and I had a heartwarming experience at this hotel right from the start! We chose this hotel due to the convenient location as it’s only 5 mins away from Taipei Main Station. The hotel room is very clean and there’s a 24-hour pantry that offers free cup noodles from 10pm to 6am.||As it was our first time in Taiwan, one of the hotel staff, Abbey, was really kind and thoughtful in noticing that and went extra miles to put together a handwritten letter filled with cute and colourful drawings and a list of must-go places in Taiwan! Super touched by her gesture as it came as a surprise when we woke up the next morning! Abbey also arranged for an airport transfer for us and ensured we boarded the vehicle safely. All the hotel staff are generally so polite and helpful and would greet us warmly each time we enter or exit the hotel!||Had such a pleasant 5-star hotel service experience at such an affordable cost and we would definitely visit this hotel again in the future!!😍

Stayed here for 2 nights. For a short stay, it’s not bad. The location is near Taipei Main Station so that’s convenient. Check in is strict at 3 pm, you can leave your luggage if you arrive earlier. Room is small and tight and the walls/door is thin. I can hear noises from the hallway and when other people talked loudly. They had a snack bar on the 2nd floor that had drinks and ramen noodles so that was nice.

A wonderful little hotel within walking distance to Taipei Main. I enjoyed everything about my stay at CityInn Taipei Main branch. The room was clean, the instant noodle and snack bar much appreciated and the staff were so very kind. You can hear noise from the corridor, but it wasn't a level that should disturb your sleep. I definitely want to stay again the next time I visit Taipei! And I would especially like to thank Abbey, who wrote and drew such a cute and heartfelt letter and gave it to us during our stay.

Our 7th trip to Taiwan was a very last-minute one, planned just a week ahead. This was our first stay at this hotel, a second at this chain, and both were not just pleasant but felt “home-away-from-home”. Adam, Herena, Candy, and the entire team were simply amazing. They were always ready to help, regardless of the situation. Even the housekeeping was impressive – meticulous and polite. They greeted guests at the lobby every time they arrived and were always ready to understand and offer advice unreservedly. The pre/post shifts were handled professionally, and it felt especially warm when the team remembered our pending requests and followed up with timely updates. The rooms were a tad small, but they were very clean, neat, and tastefully furnished. We were never disturbed by the noises from the corridors or the neighbouring rooms either. It was just minutes away from Exit Z6, surrounded by food and bubble tea options, and major shopping too. At Cityinn Hotel Station Branch 1, we were pampered with authentic Taiwanese hospitality. Thank you, Cityinn, for having a team of dedicated professionals who understand what true hospitality entails and deliver it unreservedly. They made our last-minute short getaway one of the most memorable ones.

The service is truly 5 stars and the location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from MRT Taipei Main Station (Exit Z6). If you have luggage, use the exit with a lift from the main gate. ||I called to book a last-minute stay after leaving Alishan due to a typhoon, and the staff were very kind. Even though I already had a separate 2-night booking through another channel, they arranged for me to stay in the same (very spacious) corner room.||Great value, helpful staff, and perfect location. Highly recommended.
