The kindness that the night staff showed my husband and myself when we arrived at 5am after a 12 hour flight was so unexpected. We were so thankful!! They took care of our bags and let us freshen up in the gym before exploring the city. The location is perfect- with the University of Auckland nearby, the vibe is one of a great college town with numerous cafes/restaurants, parks surrounding you. The room was spacious even though it was not a suite. I did not hear any noise from neighbors. || It was a perfect hotel experience!!

We stayed at Premier 2 Bedroom Apartment for 2 nights. The whole apartment is spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. One of the bathroom has a bathtub. This hotel is located in the city center and close to fish market. Parking fee is $45 per night.

The location is really good to walk around, safe, concerned store nearby and can use a hotel card to get 10% of tge coffee shop nearby too. Service is awesome. The swimming pool with warm water is really nice. Only one thing I don't really like is the bed. I think it is the queen size, too soft (when you sleep in, the mattress becomes a hole) Anyway, I still recommend

What a great location. Right by all the shops and only around 400m to the Harbour. The central location made this so accessible. Apartments, were very roomy. A full kitchen, lounge and dining area. Newly, renovated. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and leave late! Would highly recommend. |Swimming pool and gym on-site. Uber from the airport to hotel is around $60

I’ve stayed in plenty of Auckland CBD hotels and as far as value for money goes - Adina Citylife is probably the best. Spacious, fresh modern apartments right on Queen st. The gym is one of the best ones I’ve seen in the city. Decent indoor pool too. All the hotel staff were really professional.

Overall the hotel was a great place to stay. Have a kitchen & sitting area, separate from the bedroom made this feel like an apartment in the city, worth the money, as there is a Woolworths next door to save money from eating out a few times every day. The stacked w/d was a nice touch mid week. |The staff are very friendly and helpful with restaurant & site recommendations. ||I would have liked to see a coffee machine as that dry packet doesn’t mix with boiling water, very grainy & gross. |Also would advise soundproofing the rooms, as Saturday night sounds like a dance club one floor below until 3am, even earplugs didn’t help. Hotel itself is very quiet, but outside nighttime noise is shocking.

Lovely man on reception allowed us to book in early and check out late. Lovely big comfy bed -slept like a dream. Enjoyed the pool twice on our one night stay. Perfect central location but nice and quiet. Clean. Some noise from TV next door but didn't disturb us

This place was a great stay. Three friends travelling together so the roll out bed made it a perfect stay.||The staff are incredibly friendly and the room was well laid out, clean and had everything we needed. We even served dinner from our kitchen a couple of times. ||Highly recommended!
