City Pharma is a must-visit for anyone looking for skincare, beauty, and pharmacy products you can’t easily find in the States. The selection is massive—you can easily spend time browsing and discovering new favorites. Be prepared for crowds, though; it’s extremely busy almost all the time, and there’s usually a line to check out. The staff are very helpful and will gladly assist if you’re looking for a specific product, which makes navigating the chaos a lot easier. Overall, it’s a shopping experience worth braving the crowds for, especially if you’re on the hunt for rare or French-exclusive items.

Be prepared for a very crowded place. It is always busy. However, the prices are about 10% cheaper, and you can also get tax free. When you go, definitely ask for Taha. He is very helpful, explains everything clearly, and really takes his time to assist you. The ground floor is for beauty products, and the upper floors are for medicines. Compared to many other countries, the prices are very reasonable. Even though it is very crowded, you can easily find original French brands.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour shown by the cashier in the bun. She started shouting at me for not putting the products on the table quickly. It’s clear we also had a language barrier, but even so, why act so freaking rude? If she doesn’t like her job then she should quit. A lot of people were at the store, and even if that in itself is a stressful situation for everyone, why is this person making it way worse???

I love City pharma! As a Brit I always make a stop on my visits to Paris to pick up my French goodies. It’s very well stocked, and you can find just about everything you might need, from everyday essentials to more specific health products & supplements etc. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is organised in a way that makes it easy to browse. I was especially impressed by the customer service—Inès helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen carefully, gave me clear and helpful advice, and was incredibly kind and approachable throughout. It really makes a difference to be treated with such professionalism and warmth. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of 🩷 Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for both a wide selection of beauty & health products and excellent personal service.

I had an above average experience today when buying compression stockings. Not only do the have a separate room where they can take you measure properly and discreetly, or an awe-inducing amount of options, but the person who was helping really took the time to go through all the vendors and find the color I wanted in my size, she was also very good at communicating the way the products were reimbursed. Also, because this pharmacy has very good prices, I ended up paying literally 1/4 of what I had paid in another pharmacy.

Loved my experience so far! Got so many options and stuff at a fraction of price of what I would usually get back in my country. The key to avoid the rush is definitely go way earlier in the morning! I got the chance to look at every shelf in peace and when I was checking out, the place was loaded!!
