Ciudad Juárez International Airport

They have a lounge ro be comfortable while you wait. A few days ago we went and were able to enter and do my work while waiting for our flight. It was expensive, but nice to have a warm comfortable place to work and wait. Today they wouldn't let us go to the lounge early... only 3 hours before our flight... not worth the price!

I just want to make everyone aware that, immigration people are hustlers, they will try to get money out of you if you allow them. Our airline oversold out tickets and we ended up staying an extra day, against our wishes. We had a horrible time staying at a hotel in another city and finding our luggage. When we got to Juarez, it was a day more than what the permit said. We explained what happened and showed them the tickets. They said “airline is one thing and immigration is another. You owe us $700 pesos.” I just said I don’t have cash and they said you will get fined. So we stopped at an another immigration point on the way back El Paso, and the man understood, canceled the permit and the fee.

As this airport is located close to the border, security coming into this airport is more strict than other local airport. The airport is still under development for over a year to expand the size, but I see no progress. There is two luggage belts at luggage area. The airport has added a walkway to the immigration area in recent days. Parking here even a day is very expensive, I thought.

Clean, small, fast, there are some shops like sunglasses, restaurant, Starbucks, ATM machines, people is very friendly. Clean restrooms.seats are not so confortable, few electricity plugs and there are not rugs.

Small nice airport, CD Juárez have the most beautiful and kind people in Mexico, love than and there service commitment

Other than hard to find parking and one out of three parking machines to pay worked, it is a great airport!

They are remodeling but it was fast and easy they have more variety regarding eating something fair prices love they have a Starbucks got a new cup
