An unforgettable adventure with Teyuna Tours! Pipe and Oscar are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows in every step of the journey. Their storytelling and enthusiasm completely immerse you in the experience, making you eager to take on each new day. Their positive energy is contagious, turning even the toughest moments into an absolute joy. It was a pleasure to push our limits with them by our side. If you're lucky, Pipe and Oscar will be your tour guide and translator! A special thanks to Devis, whose delicious meals gave us the energy we needed to take on each day's hike. His cooking made sure we were always ready for the next challenge. Highly recommended!

The four day Ciudad Perdida trek with Teyuna ranks among my best travel experiences ever. The trek is at times difficult, but doable for any reasonable fit person. You sleep in basic but very comfortable camps, all set in stunning scenery and within walking distance of a river or natural pool to get rid of the day's sweat & mud. Most of all a big shout-out to to the very attentive Teyuna Team: guide Beto, whose knowledge of the local culture and customs really made all the difference, the translator Sara and the cook Sandra who kept us very well fed throughout the trek. In short: highly recommended!

Before we get in touch with Teyuna we did little bit of research about Lost City and companies which provide service to this place. The most important for us was to have a tour-guide who is friendly and passionate. After couple minutes of our hike we found out that our guides Nico and Yon are really well knowledgeable not just about topics of history Lost City but also about other parts of Colombia and Colombian history. Because of them this hike was absolutely fantastic, cannot imagine someone could provide more knowledge. Organization of Teyuna company is also really good. They provide you with all necessary information from beginning and we can say they thought of every single detail of each day. You really don’t need much for those days apart from strong repellent, clothes to wear, water bottle, bit of money and good mood. ☺️

We really enjoyed the tour with our tourgide Pipe and translater Oscar. They were very helpful and were happy to explain literally everything and to answer all of our questions. From history of Colombia to indigenous tribes to nature to... whatever you asked them. The tour was very well organized with a pick up service, nice places to sleep, good snacks... also a 5 star review for chef Devis who prepared the best meals to make sure we had enough power to face the journey. I would highly recommend this company for your journey to the Lost City.

10/10! Amaaaaazing experience. We went on the 4 days/3 nights trek and enjoyed every part of it. Our two guides Nico and John, as well as the chef Sandra were so, so kind, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. On top they were very well connected with local people and staff from other operators. They provided us with so much cultural input. There was no question they left unanswered. The trek itself was not too hard for a fit, hike experienced person. Just the heat and mosquitoes made it sometimes a bit hard. Don’t forget to take one spray of repellent per person :) also take an empty bottle with you to avoid PET plastic bottles waste and the high costs im the communities kiosks as they have to bring the bottles by mules. In our group half of the participants were a lot faster than the other half. John and Nico made it possible that everyone could walk in their preferred speed. One guide went with the fast speed group, one with the slower and everyone felt very comfortable. Veeeery kind attitude with everyone at all times :) John‘s father helped to restore the lost city after parts of it had been destroyed by plunderers. He showed us photographs his father had kept from these times and he was so knowledgeable. Also Nico, he knew so much about the communities culture, their past and his English was impeccable. On top the operator provides 3 full meals, fresh fruit several times a day, sometimes more snacks like chips and cheese and a small dessert every day. I could never finish my plates. It was really enough healthy food to refuel from the hikes. We also had a meeting with an important representer of a local community who explained us how they live and with the shaman of the kogi. I appreciated a lot that Nico and John prepared us well for the meeting, so we knew how to behave in a respectful way and it was also easier to memorize all the new information we learned as we had already some background knowledge. Thank you so much for this lovely experience, sharing this important part of human history and culture with us and for treating the local communities as well as dogs and cats with so much respect. Will never forget it.

The 4-day trek to the Lost City is epic! Teyuna Tours delivered an unforgettable experience. Our translator and guide Oscar is a master of his craft. He can offer medical assistance, make walking sticks and water bottle straps from the surrounding forest materials, and most importantly, encourage every hiker to complete the trek. Fellow Spanish-speaking guides Beto and Lady were also incredible! Every detail from the food, accommodation and river-swimming on route is impressive and makes the whole tour rewarding after putting in the effort of trekking all day. The last steps up to the Lost City itself are tough but so worth it! It’s an awesome site and it reveals itself in many different levels as you walk through the archeological remains, ending with meeting a Kogi mamo (spiritual leader). I can’t recommend Teyuna Tours highly enough as they provided a truly memorable experience. 🙏 James and Eva.

We did the 4 day lost city track with Teyuna tours and had an absolutely amazing time. The guides are highly professional and super fun. During the trip accommodation is provided via bunk beds and mosquito nets. The food includes multiple snacks throughout the day to keep you going as well as proper breakfast, lunch and dinner which was always delicious as well as nutritious. The camps are equipped with lights, showers, toilets and serve soft drinks and beer as well. Overall we highly recommend the trip with Teyuna tours.

This company was excellent. Very helpful and organised and good vehicles. The guides are indigenous to the area which makes a difference as they are known in the villages and you can meet the Shaman if you like. We saw other treks giving sweets to kids and not being so respectful with photography. This is a very sensitive area for tourism as people are living as they have for 1000's of years in the mountains. Great time, hard walking for sure. The distances are more then the chart says as it's 'as the crow flies'! Our guides were Luis, Andres, Jonathan (chef very good food) and Ruth. Thanks to you all
