Civic Museum "Giovanni Fattori"

What an incredible chance to see the exhibition dedicated to the painter from Livorno - Giovanni Fattori. His works are on display at Villa Mimbelli curated by Vincenzo Farinella, from September 6, 2025, to January 11, 2026. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place with a lot of amazing paintings and sculptures. Reduced ticket cost 4€ and normal is for 6€. Definitely it’s a must visit place in Livorno! 😍

Great place to visit in Livorno. A little hidden gem of the city,but so many beautiful pieces of art inside. Interior is just fascinating,also paintings of local artists. Worth the money 100%.

The Macchiaoli Style painting , very famous in 1900 , if you like those nice paintings; you shoud to visit this Villa very beautiful, wher you see the Tuscany landscapes in period of 1900 ...

Excellent experience, I would definitely recommend you love art and especially Fattori, although there aren't that many paintings by him. When we visited there was an exhibition on Giovanni Gambogi, a painter I did not know, but also worth the visit. The house itself is a very interesting, historical building.

Not well advertised, but a lovely old stately home that houses some very good works of famous local artists.
