"The buckeye-inspired offering at C. Krueger’s Finest in the Columbus suburb of Blacklick is a peanut butter cookie topped with hand-spread fudge icing. Founded by Cheryl Kruger, who previously established Cheryl’s Cookies in the early ’80s and sold it in 2005, C. Krueger’s was born from her desire to elevate the cookie experience to a new level of craftsmanship. The cookies are soft, made with natural ingredients, and feature a creamy peanut butter base topped with smooth fudge icing. Workers are specially trained in a hand-icing technique, applying the fudge in a swirl using a sandwich spreader-style spatula. Packaged individually for freshness – an approach that started pre-pandemic and became essential for shipping – the cookies come with a five-day freshness guarantee and are perfect for freezing." - Wendy Pramik

Ordered 24 cookies for my husband for Father’s Day. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product. Wanted the cookies to arrive on Friday the 14th, they arrived Thursday the 13th, no issues with shipping. Packaging was cute and my husband did try one of the flavors I knew he’d like and said it was very good. We just ended up with some flavors we didn’t request and we won’t eat them so we’ll be giving them away. Abigail in customer service was great!

Products I bought cost $62.00. Cinnamon rolls pretty good first day same for carmel rolls. Bought a cherry pie, overly sweet, and ended up tossing the last two pieces. The turnovers were overly dry and very little filling, not flakey at all. All together, this is not what you're looking for in a bakery.

When my mom and I first found c. Krueger’s cookies we were intrigued by everything about them. The cookies are amazing but on the most recent order we placed they site automatically up charged a $50 express shipping fee that we did not opt for. The standard delivery fee is usually between $8-$12 for our area if there isn’t a free shipping promo happening; so getting charged quadruple that is ridiculous.

I ordered these cookies after reading all the reviews so I took a chance. I had them sent to my daughter that is in the military. When she got them and tried them she could not rave about them enough. So I ordered more for her! Excellent buttercream sugar cookies!!!

I purchased a bunch of cookies for Valentines Day gift bags. The store was set up beautifully but the service was not very welcoming. The cookies were good but I expected a different taste.

C.Krueger's customer service is top notch! I cannot say enough good things about knowing that there is a person on the other side of the customer service email line and today, I am extra grateful for her! I ordered some cookies to ship to Florida to bring some sense of home to a client whose hometown team is playing in the NCAA championship. Unfortunately, after I submitted my order, I realize I misspelled something. Oh no! Well, customer service got to the order before it shipped out and rewrote the note by hand! HOW SWEET! She made my day and will make my client's day too. Thank you, C.Krueger's!

I have sent gifts from C. Krueger's before but today I was the receiver and could do the opening and enjoy the surprise goodies inside. I love this company and everytime I have sent gifts people have loved them and now I do too!

The service was friendly, helpful and informative. The only "baked goods" available were very expensive cookies available in a wonderful array of packagings. The atmosphere was very bakery/warehouse with a small retail area in the front. The cookies were okay, very sweet, mostly iced. I might use these as gifts, but not just to bring home and eat. I only went in because I had a coupon from donating blood to the Red Cross; I appreciate CKruger for partnering with Red Cross.

Yelp
Dry AF. Flavorless. Stale. Literally threw a half a box of cookies in the trash because they're not worth the calories. So disappointed. Expected much better.

Yelp
I saw these online, i believed these would taste like actual shortbread cookies, just like the prepackaged, imported brand i used to buy at Anderson's General Store. Nope, they tasted like the crappy, overpriced cookies from Chery's Cookies, which i hate. Then i find out "Cheryl" owns this business, no wonder! Tates prepackaged cookies taste much better

Yelp
I placed a valentine order well before Valentine's Day. Order was supposed to be delivered on 2/14. USPS attempted to deliver package and business was closed. Received an email saying they would attempt a second delivery the next day. Nothing happened! Sent an email asking when delivery would be made; no response. Only one delivery attempt was made. Sent a second unanswered email. I called customer service on 2/19 and the representative that answered the phone was so rude. Not once did I receive any sort of apology or attempt on her behalf to make the situation right. She was very cold and didn't seem to care about me as a customer. Completely dissatisfied with this company. Had much better service with Cheryl & Co. Thought I would give C. Kreuger a chance, but will not be making any future purchases.

Yelp
This C. Krueger's shop is a little different from their Victorian Village store. This location is within a business park/district. It's huge inside, and they do all their sealed-in-cellophane baking, here. The store downtown bakes fresh, and only has unsealed cookies for sale; this location only sells their cookies and candies in sealed cellophane bags. If you order a gift basket to be made and shipped from CKC, this is where it's put together, and sent from. This location is much easier to get in/out of. This one has their own parking lot, no meters necessary. And this store is big inside. Plenty of room for the baking, sealing, and packaging in a basket arrangement, but also plenty of room to look around at the different bag-displays if you're not sure what all you want to include. Note: The young lady working the front said the only thing setting this location apart is the cookies are prepackaged, and some think these don't have the same slight crisp around the edges as the ones served warm (if u get there when they happen to being pulling a batch out of the oven!) in the Short North.

Yelp
I bought 6 tins of 16 cookies each for my family, friends and one for myself. When I got mine, the frosting on all the cookies were as hard as a brick, I was hoping it was just mine, but no, everyone had the same experience. I still have 13 of my 16 cookies, I would not even off them to friends who were here for Christmas dinner, I was embarssed and saddened that what I thought was going to be a great gift to family and friends was a fawl. I was so upset. I said I would send mine back for a refund in one of the many emails I have gotten from them but no reply yet.

Yelp
This bakery is primarily the new cookie store started by Cheryl Krueger of Cheryl's Cookies fame after she sold her original brand to 1-800-FLOWERS. Though I've heard these are all new recipes and I'm sure must be, due to an agreement between Cheryl's original and current companies, the cookies,to my unsophisticated cookie palate, taste the same. They appear to be the same size, though MAYBE slightly heavier. The big difference though, is in the price. Perhaps because 1-800-FLOWERS is a multi-brand multi-million (billion?) corporation and can obtain access to discounts from vendors, shippers, etc. and economies of scale, C. Krueger's products are just way more expensive than Cheryl's Cookies. Also because of the advantages mentioned above and special shipping programs offered by 1-800, you can almost always get free shipping of cookies from Cheryl's, which is not the case with C. Krueger's. You might find the occasional online coupon but it's definitely not the standard. So it's hard to justify recommending C. Krueger's over Cheryl's simply due to the price differential, but if you want to support a hometown company rather than a corporate behemoth and money is no object, than quality of product should make no difference to doing so.

Yelp
A cookie shop on broad street that everyone thinks about checking out, but few venture inside. The large warehouse has a tiny front area that is customer facing. The cookies, popcorn, and nuts line the side walls of the shop in a fairly efficient layout. The flavors are masterful. Creamy chocolate frosted peanut butter. Tangy lemon cookies. Efficient and friendly staff and carefully individually wrapped treats. Cheryl Krueger has previously taught Columbus how C is for cookie and has certainly done so again with a range of gluten free cookies.

Yelp
This place just opened and I've already been there three times. The cookies are so good, staff is very helpful and friendly, and they usually have samples out that you can tas. Their assortment of gift options is perfect for employee/teacher/etc. gifts and reasonably priced. My favorite flavor is their chocolate chip cookie because there's a light sprinkle of salt on top. My son and husband prefer the sugar cookie. Whichever one you choose, you won't be disappointed! **Edit to add that all the cookies are individually wrapped and that you are able to pick your own assortment**

Yelp
I placed an order on 12/7, my account was debited on 12/9 for the full order amount. On 12/11 I received an email containing a UPS tracking number. I have been checking UPS daily and the status continued to be "shipment ready for UPS" with no further information. On 12/17, I attempted to contact the business via phone and did not reach a live person so I sent an email requesting information. I did not receive a response. Today 12/18, I sent another email requesting information again, the UPS tracking still showed no progress. I did not get a reply and when I checked this evening, the order is now showing shipment cancelled/voided. They still have my money and I have not received any product or response to my emails. I am very dissatisfied and will dispute with my bank. I now also have to scramble to get a gift sent to out of state relatives in time for the holidays.

Yelp
Great flavor variety and wonderful taste. Today, I found and highly recommend trying the Finest Apple Pie á la Mode. It may only be seasonal so hurry out to try it. Absolutely the best cookie.

Yelp
This company really let me down. I ordered in November for delivery two weeks before Christmas to give out at a department Christmas party. C.Krueger send the wrong order and seemed incapable of rectifying it. I called them at 8:00 am, and they said they would send replacements that day for next-day delivery. At 4:00 pm, they emailed me: oopsies, my replacement order wouldn't go out until the FOLLOWING day, but still for next-day delivery. Cutting it close, but okay. Except, of course, the order didn't arrive the next day. Did I mention that these cookies only had to travel two hours from Columbus to Cleveland? I would avoid this seller for any special occasion deliveries.
