We came back the next day for dinner and we’re so glad we did! The woman who welcomes guests is absolutely lovely and attentive. I was recovering from an illness, and the grilled salmon with local papas was exactly what I needed comforting, fresh, and full of flavor.
The food was consistently delicious, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We returned again the following day and were once more welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality.
One thing we loved is the flexibility of the menu you can choose from different proteins and accompaniments, which is perfect if you’re in the mood for something lighter. The homemade pasta was also beautifully prepared, delicate, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
The ambience is truly special. They lit the fire for us, creating a cozy atmosphere, and even shared two books filled with local stories and legends related to the nearby volcano, such a thoughtful touch.
What a magical Andean experience! We can’t recommend it highly enough.
