10/10!
The food was so remarkable. Flavours i never imagined.
The space is small so reservations are definitely recommended!
Service was so good! Not rushed or pressed to leave or order. Very helpful staff!
They make their own limencello but wasn't available when we went- I'd be eager to try that next time!
We had the Tuna poke bowl, chicken burger and fries, and the carpacio which is made of duck!
The carpacio is a must try! It was so delicious! Better than beef in my opinion.
We had the pecan dessert as well and this was unbelievable! I wish it was bigger! They have a beer on tap that pairs VERY well so be sure to ask for the stout for dessert!
The menu is small but seems to change based on reviews and options I saw online vs at the restaurant. We will be back for sure! Nice area with a cute patio so would be great in the summer.

You've gotta try this place. Constantly changing their menu, their wine and beer selection is all privately imported. The food is unique and funky but the flavors come together so well. It's quite a culinary experience to try!!

Amazing food with unique touch to timeless classics. If you’re in the area, it’s a must go. Their local craft selection is also great.

We had the beef carpaccio, carnita tacos and chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. The best were the frites. Their fries are very, very good.

Love the vibrant vibe. Small, cute restaurant with a great menu. There's fried chicken on many items in the menu for good reason - it is delicious!
The mussels with fried chicken was spectacular. Fried chicken with apple fritter was divine too!
Go, go, go!

How to the describe Le Clandestin?!? Over the top, dirty, dirty delicious food would probably sum it up best.
•
They offer an interesting wine selection as well as a small menu that changes on a regular basis. Some of the staples are the mac & cheese, tacos and different spins on crispy chicken sandwiches. All very large, extravagant, messy, creative and simply crazy tasty.
•
I have yet to try the spaghetti Jenga, it is still on my list… Maybe next time?!? One thing is sure, you will never leave hungry.

Highly recommend!

A great place to eat.
The Clandestin’s chef, Eric, has a great talent combining flavours, textures and cuisines to create his own dishes. For me, the harmonies of flavours he achieves have always been a glad surprise: sweet, spicy, crispy, sour, umami!!
This is a place for people who is open for new experiences, adventure and excitement. A “voyage gastronomique”.

We had the pleasure of going to the Clandestin for supper a couple weeks back and overall had a good time. Despite this experience being good, I will not leave a 5-star review however for several reasons.
The food: "creative cuisine" is always to be praised as it opens up new territories in recipes and preparations. I ordered the tartare which was prepared following a more Asian approach, with shrimps and veggies. Unfortunately, the beef meat which was hiding all the way under this pile of ingredients, didn't have any taste anymore. In my humble opinion, the meat should be the highlight of this recipe, not the accessory ingredients. It was interesting but certainly not what I expected.
My girlfriend had the fried chicken burger, which was tasty and well presented. Fries were equally good.
We also had a carpaccio as shown on the picture which was very good too.
Now regarding the venue, this restaurant is small and can only accomodate probably between 20 to 30 people inside. It was packed, loud (especially because of a party of 8 right behind us), and quite frankly our clothing smelled like cooked and deep fried food after we left, which wasn't great.
A good experience nonetheless, hence the rating of 4 🌟.
