The product was lovely...came as expected. I just had requested for a gift packing through mail and calls to the vendor and upon recieving a confirmation that it is possible to add it on later, I was expecting a gift wrap and a clara gift bag too...i recieved the delivery without it... i couldnt present it well. No complains with the product tho🥂

I loved the ring its so shiny the stone looks beautiful the silver is also top quality overall satisfied with the product. but had a little trouble with the delivery people even though i had updated the correct address the product was sent to different location and that made delay in receiving the product i had to contact blue dart multiple time to tell them that my address is correct.

Lovely product!! As I ordered it from Ireland and the process back from India was amazing and they really took care of each word, Great dealing .

Customer service department is really good. Review after 4 month: The quality of the ring was poor; it broke after only three months. It might be better to choose a different design that is more durable. The customer service did not help much in this case.
