Great service! Really love how they treat me, all pieces I have requested by phone was already waiting for me once I came in person.

I went to the store for the first time today and was overcharged on both items 10.00 each. Merchandise displayed have no price listed. I looked up online prices and both items were 10.00 cheaper. That’s no way to treat your customers. I bought a baseball hat and a tote bag. Not happy about this!

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience in the Clare V store today I absolutely have to. I’m overwhelmed by how incredibly helpful the girls were, and their level of enthusiasm was second to none. I love all of my Clare V bags and will surely continue to be a loyal customer.

My first visit to this store yesterday. The handbag assortment was great. Loved the colors. Hard to choose just one. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Overall a great experience. I'll Be back!

I have a number of Clare V bags, probably about 15 I've collected over the years, and I've always appreciated the quality. I was gifted one for Christmas and decided to have the hand painted monogramming done on it. I went back and forth with the associate, and even asked how long the paint lasts, does it chip, etc. She assured me the paint was sealed and she's never seen any issues with it. I assumed over time the paint may fade or chip, however mine started chipping a month later. I contacted them and sent pictures, and they agreed to refund the fee I paid to have it painted. However, now I have a bag with chipped initials that I don't like to use. I reached out again asking for suggestions to remove the paint myself and they said it was permanent. Obviously not? Disappointing experience and I would not suggest ruining your bag with the hand painted monogramming service.

I just had a BLAST at this store. A quick in and out was planned, but they didn't have the thing I'd been dreaming about in stock. Wompwooommp. However, things started out great with a fun greeting and interations with the sales team. Great conversation, great vibes, and I love the product. What was really cool, was the input from the sales person about color, shape, etc. And she was right. It was like shopping with a trusted girlfriend. I ended up (gleefully) picking a better bag for what I needed. This will be my go to store moving forward.

Love Clare V! I came in for one item and left with a lot more than I planned! Great designs and great customer service make it all so easy! The only down side is 2 days later I received a birthday discount offer. Wish I had that before I went crazy!

I had bought Clare V. merchandise online and through Anthropologie stores previously. I went to the store for the first time and bought two items. The sales rep overcharged on both items 10.00 each. None of the displayed merchandise have price tags. In order to know how much, you would have to ask. I was overcharged for both items. When i got home, i looked at the online prices, both were 10.00 lower. Not very happy about this incident.

I love clare v in general and the products in this store are absolutely beautiful. however, when i went to this store i was so overwhelmed by the sales girls trying to push things at me that i left without purchasing anything, and the next day i went to another location. and, perhaps more importantly, the salesgirls in this store were totally misinformed about what could be monogrammed. when i went back the following day to the santa monica location (which was great) the girl who does the monogramming was there and she told me that the same pieces the weho girls had told me could not be monogrammed- COULD. So i bought them there. I know the store is new, but i'm writing this review as notice to get it together!

Beautiful bags that are reasonably priced and locally made. Super friendly staff. This is my go to for personalized, special gifts. LOVE
