We lived at the bottom of the B. Hill before moving out of town, but we come back to Boston, 4-5 times a year. Usually stay with our daughter, in Back Bay and now in South End. We needed a place this time and found this AMAZING host with their very elegant town house in South End. The house is 5-10 minutes walk to Pru Ctr, Back Bay’s restraints and shopping. The house itself is very clean, beautifully decorated and the suites are individual Apt like living. The host is quick to response and super kind and hospitable. We recommend this place highly to our friends and families. Best In BOSTON. Thank you Stephan, see you soon again. 😊💕

My husband and I visited Boston in early November. Our stay at the Clarendon made for an extra wonderful weekend. We loved the location: the South End is a charming neighborhood. We appreciated all the good advice about parking that our hosts provided in their guide book. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the complimentary treats and amenities-- especially having a soak in the roof top hot tub at sunset! Would defineitely recommend to friends and stay there again next time we're in Boston.

What a gorgeous place on the quiet beautiful streets of the South End! I booked a trip for my birthday and wanted it to feel like I lived in the city for the weekend. Mission accomplished! Stephen and the staff went above and beyond, having flowers in the room for me, assisting with my luggage, and allowing me to leave my things with them after checking out to roam the city a bit more. Very close to a few great restaurants, and easily walkable to Back Bay. The room was comfy and spacious, but my favorite part by far was the rooftop hot tub. One of the nights it happened to snow and seeing the Boston skyline from the rooftop hot tub was magical. Would definitely stay here again-have already told all of my friends and family about how great it was!

We LOVED spending the weekend at Clarendon Square Bed and Breakfast! The room was super comfortable and roomy and the hosts had thought of everything we might need. We loved the coffee and tea collection, the robes and the rooftop spa. I was in town for a training and was super tired at night. The location allowed us to eat well with variety in cuisine each evening with just a short walk away. The nearby parks and coffee shops were awesome in the morning too. We want to come back! Thanks for hosting us!

I love staying here! It's my go to spot every time I'm visiting Boston. The amenities are truly out of this world! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel special and welcomed! Can't wait to stay again and again! The aesthetic is always wonderful!

Google
Wonderful stay at Clarendon with warm and gracious hosts Stephen and Bobby. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and tastefully decorated. 5 stars, will be back. Be forewarned: queen beds, stairs, and no individual room ac/heat controls due to an older building. If those aren't issues, it's highly recommended

The Clarendon Square was so amazing. The room was breathtakingly beautifully. All of the amenities were so thoughtful, it felt like a home away from home. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Really special place. The proprietors are so nice too really loved staying with them.

We had a lovely stay at this charming Inn. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of the South End. Our room was pretty, very comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Yelp
Great service, and great room that felt clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the hot tub on the rooftop. We loved our stay here. Only downside is carrying luggage up flights of stairs. Overall it was so great, and a lovely neighborhood

Yelp
Stephan and Winnie were amazing! The hotel was picturesque and a close walk to everything I needed. It had a very homey feel and was super cozy. I was lucky enough to get Stephan's help in bringing my items into my room and a fellow guest's help as I was heading out out but it would have been tough had I not had some helping hands.

Yelp
Last minute trip and the room was very well appointed and maintained. Great location and stellar service! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible! Arrived 30 minutes before I had noted I would. It was 15 degrees outside and icy. I was told over the intercom that I was early and would have to wait. I just asked to come in from the cold and wait my 30 minutes in the front entry (no chairs, etc.) You would have thought I asked for the ridiculous. We were finally let in by the maid - not the owner. For the hefty price, there were multiple rules you HAD to adhere to and no personal help. I don't mind taking my suitcase up 2 floors as there is no elevator, however; I don't particularly care to be treated as though I GET to stay there because they are so special, and ONLY if I adhere to their very specific rules. I think letting us get in out of the cold would have made a big difference. As a result, we walked out, and I refused to stay. I paid for the stay but was so angry I wasn't willing to go through 4 days of their lack of service. When the owner called to discuss, all I got were excuses. Definitely not a level of customer service I find in even the simplest of hotels. It is FAR from being that special where their high price, simple (and rather worn furnishings) and multiple guidelines are worth the stay. I would beware before embarking on a stay!

Yelp
love love LOVED this B&B. Truly a home away from home. I travel a fair amount and stay at places ranging from airbnb to 5 star hotels...and Clarendon is definitely one of my top 5 favorites. Pricier than I would normally go for, but well worth it and I would return in a heartbeat. Location - 10 minute walk to Newbury St. shopping and Copley plaza. Uberable to all common touristy and local spots in Boston Service - Impeccable from start to finish. From the moment I booked my room, the staff emailed me to determine my exact time of arrival and any needs I might have. They also assisted with a mix-up that happened during my booking through a 3rd party service. Knowing I would be coming in late when there were no staff in the B&B, they had excellent communication regarding how to enter the site and find my room. Room turn-down service was excellent. Upon arrival, there were cookies and tea waiting for me. Check-out was easy (I simply returned my key) Breakfast (yes, it gets its own category) - One of the best I've had. Fresh good quality fruit, oatmeal, toast, cereal, good quality pastries, meat & cheese, eggs, cappuccino machine, and your typical beverages. Varies slightly day to day, but very much reminded me of a mixed European/American style. Interior - Modern with a homey and eclectic feel. I could have easily spent my day relaxing in my room, one of the common space parlors, or the rooftop with a view of the city. My room in particular was on the "basement" level, which I loved because of the privacy (I don't think there was another room next to me) as well as private patio! I truly felt I was at....a much much nicer version of....home

Yelp
Cute little place to stay with lots of charm and character. Love the history of this area and that this Inn is tucked away on a quite street. The bed is less than desirable as it may have been here when the place was built as it has very noisy springs when turning over and is most uncomfortable. :( You truly feel like you are here alone as you rarely hear a soul moving around. Breakfast although yummy for the selection they did have is very sparse. I'm still giving it 4 stars because of the charm, but if you expect a soft luxurious bed and an unforgettable breakfast you may want to go elsewhere. I would consider coming again if the bed would get upgraded.

Yelp
Loved this place! Charming, beautiful, and unique, the Clarendon was a delightful place to call "home" while visiting Boston. It is located on a quiet street in the South End, close to restaurants, small boutiques, and salons. About a mile from Boston Common, we walked most places to do our sight-seeing. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the service is terrific. I was shocked how quiet and peaceful it was! Granted, we were on the top floor with no one next to us, but I never heard a peep or creak from anyone while we were there. As the previous owner of a very old home, that is quite a feat for an historic building! We did not get a room with a soaking tub, but the double head shower was quite sufficient! As you enter on the ground floor, you first pass through the dining room which is attached to the kitchen. In the evenings they leave a tray of specialty tea and a small refreshment. The next level is the parlor, with sitting areas, books, a piano, and even a small selection of DVDs to watch in your room. The next few floors are composed of 2 rooms apiece. The rooftop balcony is even more gorgeous than the pictures were. Be sure to bring a swim suit to enjoy the roof top hot tub! The owners and staff are wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable, they can make recommendations for activities, dining options, and sight-seeing. They bought our duck tour tickets for us with our credit card, and made dinner reservations for us at a great new restaurant. A quick word of caution to people with trouble walking/climbing stairs: be aware that you will need to climb stairs, as there is no elevator in this historic building. Because of the age of the building, the stairs are on the small side, and you may need to walk up several flights to get to/from your room. They will help you help you with your bags if you arrive when they are there, but if you get in late (like we did) be prepared for a workout!

Yelp
Cozy, classy and clean! My recent stay at Clarendon Square was exceptional. The Luxury Suite here is spacious and lovely, by far one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The welcoming staff provided excellent nearby dining recommendations. An eclectic array of tasty breakfast options was offered each morning. But the most memorable part of my stay was the view from the rooftop hot tub. I absolutely recommend staying at Clarendon Square. 10 out of 10...Will stay again!

Trisha L.

Yelp
Beautiful rooms, tucked away so it's nice and quiet. Classy, with a homey feeling! The perfect hidden gem!! Way better then air bnb. 24hr jacuzzi on the roof deck! Yummy breakfast and wonderful service!! Thank you to Steve for a awesome stay

Yelp
Had a wonderful romantic getaway at the Clarendon Squ. The brown stone has been wonderfully restored with a high attention to detail. The over all housekeeping of the property was top notch even for a very picky traveler such as myself. The inn manager, well very sweet and I'm sure well meaning never the less glazed over some requests and really lacked communication during the stay. The suite is perfectly appointed and is like having your own city apartment - private, centrally located and truly independent. The rooftop hot tub was impressive if not for the location and view but for the hot tub itself, definitely make it a point to take a nighttime dip. The rooms are very well priced for the location and environment. Some areas that needed attention: requested extra towels and a well stocked mini bar, but this did not occur - bath amenities were not restocked on second night. The breakfast has the potiental to be memorable but with dry baked goods and items in very small quantities one may want to skip it entirely. Would we return? Absolutely... a brush up on the finer points could promote this property from wonderful to extraordinary.

Yelp
Amazing! First time staying in a B&B and we were not disappointed one bit! Stayed for 3 nights with my wife for her birthday weekend. The bed was comfortable, the room and property was very clean which is a big plus! Everything is in walking distance. Have to thank our host Adam who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. If you are thinking about staying anywhere in Boston, this is the place to stay! You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
We recently stayed at the Clarendon, and were quite impressed. The building has a casual and elegant feel, it is located in a nice and historical area with several great restaurants nearby. There was a lovely outdoor seating area which we enjoyed. Our host Stephan could not have been more helpful or gracious. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Yelp
Stayed here for 4 nights after the New England Canada cruise. This inn is located in a quaint historical South End Neighborhood and is walking distance to the Amtrak train station and many main point of interests, shopping and restaurants. Stephen the inn proprietor and Salvador the inn manager are super gracious hosts and are full of helpful information. Make sure to check out the rooftop view. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy the hot tub. I stayed in the Deluxe Queen room and loved how spacious it was. However you do need to climb the stairs. Keep that in mind if you are physically challenged. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This was the first time I convinced my husband (then boyfriend) to stay at a Bed and Breakfast. In his mind, a bed and breakfast could only mean Victorian lace and breakfast with weird old people asking prying questions. THANK YOU Clarendon Square for proving him oh-so-wrong. The place is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing, the common areas are beautiful, the amenities are top notch. The honor-system wine closet was fabulous. The rooftop jacuzzi was out of this world. The shower with 2 shower heads made us very sad once we returned to our poor excuse for a shower at home. The owners and staff were amazing. We stayed for a few nights and had a bit of luggage, which was taken upstairs to our room for us. We were given a quick overview of the property and the area in general, but only to the degree that we were interested in hearing. Helpful without being overbearing! I had made some special requests before booking, and they were MORE than gracious in helping me achieve the perfect stay. love love love There were only two negatives on our trip- The first had to do with something left in our room by the previous guest. The owners were very responsive and took care of the situation as soon as it was brought to their attention, so no need to elaborate. The second was a guest who came to our room to yell at us about her 5AM flight after we closed the door-thingy to the hot tub area too loudly. Not Clarendon Square's fault- but I love reminiscing about Princess Cranky coming to our door in only her robe. As I finish this review I can only think about how badly I want to go back to Boston -and how I would not even bother consider staying anywhere but here. :)

Yelp
There is a reason every review on this bed and breakfast hosts five stars! Excellent location in the south end of Boston, easy walks to connecting subway and T-stations. Wonderful bar and restuarant scene minutes away. Overall experience at this establishment was mind-blowing; from the gracious hosts to exciting rooftop spa over-looking downtown boston and surrounding suburbs. Steven and Bobby were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable about the city; this made our stay that much easier. Our room was spacious, clean, and hosted a bamboo garden in our private backyard. It was extremely difficult getting up every morning; i have never slept in such a comfortable bed. It literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Every morning, breakfast was fresh and ready promptly at 8am. All requests were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Clarendon Square Inn rivals any 5 star hotel in the Boston area, and will definitely satisfy those looking for a private escape amidst the busy "city" life.

Yelp
Wow. Wow. Wow. That's hard for me to write, as I am really particular about where I stay when traveling, but I have to say I was so impressed by the quality of the b&b. They have rooms that rival and even one-up many of the Four Seasons I have stayed at. The best way to describe the place is that it's Brahmin without being stuffy. The decor is traditional, classy, with a modern/transitional edge. They have a great piano to play at (or try to practice on as I did), a great quality breakfast bar, and an amazing hot tub that overlooks downtown Boston as well as the beatiful surrounding neighborhood of exquisite row houses. The beds are amazing with soft luxury linens, the bathroom had two shower heads (nice when you wanna shower with the bf) and were appointed with top-notch toiletries, and the library is a hoot to look at. they've collected some interesting books. I wonder how many people actually browse them? The two proprietors, Steven & Bobby, were so nice and AND respectable, and very accommodating. They're also a lot of fun! If you're looking for a place that's not corporate--and really, who wants a big chain anymore?--check this place out.

Daisy K.

Yelp
I think that this b & b is so fitting of Boston in terms of being historic and classy with its atmosphere and decor. We really enjoyed staying here and I thought it was quite romantic. I feel like many b & b's try to have that classy/historic feel, but Clarendon definitely fit the bill. Felt spoiled and like royalty.. kind of like staying at a secret top class but friendly hotel :) The only con was that they had a minimum 2-3 night stay.

David F.

Yelp
Seriously, this is my favorite place to stay in Boston. I won't even think about staying anywhere else. The entire house is clean and gorgeous. And so are the owners (zing!). No, but seriously--Stephen is really easy on the eyes. If you smoke (like me), I suggest requesting one of the rooms on the top floor where you can easily escape to the roof to smoke. And not to mention there is a hot tub on the roof. Hot. Tub. Seriously, you can't go wrong with this place. It's a little on the pricey side if your company isn't paying for it, but I think it's worth every penny.

Danan R.

Yelp
This is one of the best B&B in Boston. The rooms are borderline modernistic and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. They have a rooftop hot tub and great breakfast with prosciutto, lox, quiche, and croissants. Definitely recommend. The proprietors are very funny and sweet, and the location is super convenient.

Brady H.

Yelp
Where do I start... privacy, access to restaurants and liquor store, hospitality, quality, space, comfort, warmth, rooftop jacuzzi, 2 shower heads, TV w/cable, dvd player, delicious breakfast and coffee, the hosts were welcoming, kind and told awesome travel stories. My girlfriend and I were extremely happy with our stay. We would definitely go back. To expand a little, the best thing about the whole experience is privacy. We didn't have to "check in" or get greeted by the owner. We were given a code when we made the reservation and when we arrived we typed it in and walked up to our room. There was a note on the door with our names. The key was inside with a personalized letter giving instructions and restaurant recommendations. So, we walked in and it was only us. It was effing sweet. We would go back fo sho.

Sheila K.

Yelp
We stayed at the Clarendon Square B & B for three nights and it was perfect. It is walking distance to great restaurants, very close to Newbury Street where all the shopping is (10 min walk), ubers frequent that area so they are never more than 3 minutes away when you look for one, and it's 15 minutes from the airport. So location is perfect. The b & b was also incredibly beautiful. The decor was tasteful and the breakfast delicious. The girl who worked there was just the sweetest and was really helpful. I've been to a lot of different b & b's, and this is by far my favorite.

Ryan W.

Yelp
Beautiful and unique, in a prime location surrounded by highly reviewed restaurants and conveniently located a short walk from downtown Boston and transportation. Staff was very flexible and friendly, and the location was amazing. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we're in Boston. We stayed in the lowest-cost room, which was very nicely decorated with a great bathroom and shower, and when you factor in the great continental breakfast and espresso, (not to mention corporate hotel fees) I think we saved money and got a superior experience at Clarendon. It was certainly just what my wife and I needed to relax and enjoy boston.

J Z.

Yelp
We spent three nights at Clarendon Square in October, 2017. There are so many places to stay in Boston but I'm really glad that we chose to stay here. It was my first time visiting Boston and we found Clarendon Square to be a great, convenient and safe location that is central to everything. It is a beautiful home, over 100 years old, in a lovely residential neighborhood. The decor is beautiful and it feels like you are visiting a friend's home. They have a nice private outdoor patio area and some lovely sitting areas in the house, where you can relax and read a book. They have a nice breakfast each morning with a variety of food items to choose from. Most mornings, the house manager or one (or both) of the owners are there to greet you and make you a cappuccino or latte if you'd like one. They put out tea and cookies in the evening (I only wish it would have been wine :-) ). We were only there for three nights but in that short time we really enjoyed getting to know the owners (Stephen,Bobby and their cute Pomeranian, Botticelli who has such a fun personality.) By the end of our stay it felt like we were visiting old friends who we'd want to keep in touch with. Another fun part was that we were there mid October so while we were there we saw the house and the neighborhood transform with decorations for Halloween and Fall. Boston was such a great city and I would definitely recommend Clarendon Square. Stephen & Bobby- Happy New Year and look us up the next time you're in the LA or Orange County areas of CA.

Lam Ann H.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at Clarendon Square. Love how close it is to everything and it's cozy yet classy feel. We were greeted by our lovely inkeeper upon arrival and she was great. The grounds are clean and well kept. It is difficult to get in touch with someone after hours and sometimes midday. The number in the book doesn't seem to connect with someone in the house but someone offsite. But overall, a terrific stay ~ we loved out experience at Clarendon, it made Boston all the more memorable!

Ronald S.

Yelp
Elegant, classy and intimate without being stuffy. This is a small (7 rooms) b&b in a great section of Boston. The innkeepers are extremely helpful and friendly -- it seems like they want all of their quests to have a great time while in Boston. Stephen was a great help mapping out a walking tour for us. The rooftop hot tub is also great and you couldn't ask for a nicer room. Clarendon Square is very welcoming to foreign guests. We met visitors from Denmark, Canda and Norway during our stay (as well as domestic guests). Nothing is cheap in Boston but I thought the rates were very reasonable for such a nice place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kaye K.

Yelp
Can't imagine visiting Boston again and not staying here. This B N B is impeccably appointed and rehabbed. My daughter and I were visiting colleges and extended our stay just to spend one more night here. The owner is very warm and welcoming as is Gabriella. Breakfast is delish. Can't wait to go back.

Haley B.

Yelp
I put this on Trip Advisor too, sorry if you're seeing it twice... My husband told me at the end of our vacation, "you always find the best places for us to stay"...this flatters me as much as it does the Clarendon Square Inn. We couldn't have been happier with our 4 night stay in early April 2013. Location was great...walking distance to many sights, nearby subway stops, The South End is a great source of restaurants and entertainment (catch some jazz at The Beehive!), AND this inn must be located on the quietest street in Boston. It was so peaceful coming home to it at night after dinner. Our room was lovely and in good taste, had everything you might need and enough space for two, and we couldn't get over how wonderful the sheets felt. Our full continental breakfast was just that, filling. Boston has a safety law that B & Bs cannot cook food on premises (makes sense), but Clarendon really goes above and beyond to provide whatever they can in addition to breads and cereals and fruits...hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, deli meats and cheeses, etc. It was all delish and quite satisfying. The hot tub...oh, the hot tub. You may think this is just an unnecessary luxury, but let me tell you, when you're doing as much walking through the city as we did, spending some time in there each evening (even if it's just 15 min) makes a WORLD of difference in regards to body fatigue, sore feet, etc. With all the walking we did, we never once felt sore. In fact, between the hot tub and the fantastic sheets, we awoke each morning feeling like a million bucks. Plus, it was that something special...watching the sun set and the light reflected off downtown buildings, or seeing the skyline all lit up at night...it was a great way to reflect upon all the wonderful things we did and saw that day. Finally, the entire place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and eager to assist us in any sightseeing plans. You will have zero regrets staying here. My only regret is that I didn't write this review sooner, and I hope to visit again someday!

Janel B.

Yelp
I could not have chosen a better place to stay for our Boston elopement. It was the best weekend of my life and Clarendon Square is at the top of the list of the reasons why! This place is GORGEOUS, simply breathtaking! The luxury suite is amazing along with the rooftop view/hottub ( I suggest going up there at night), continental breakfast is filling and exactly what you need to jumpstart your day, the people are super nice and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location to quickly get to Back Bay and the MBTA transportation lines, but also tucked away on a quiet street for a peaceful night sleep. Just amazing. We will stay here again and again and again!

Isabel G.

Yelp
I was lucky enough to find out about this b&b through the wallpaper guide, and the minute I saw the pictures I knew I had to be there. Difficult to say what's best, because it is just sooo different from anything I had experienced. The owners are excellent hosts and they have done a marvelous job with the decoration. The room felt very warm and breakfast in the morning was just perfect. The location was also very good just s very short walk from Tremont St where you can find a variety of restaurants to surprise you. In Boston, the place to stay at.

Marcus C.

Yelp
As good as it gets. If you're looking to stay in Boston, you cannot find a nicer and more wholesome experience than this. The property is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail is impressive and the people involved are very warm to all guests. Spot on location. Definitely staying here exclusively.

Kaela P.

Yelp
Clarendon Square Bed and Breakfast is AMAZING! This was our first time staying there, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Perfect location, beautiful building. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

David R.

Yelp
First the good news. Our room was very nice and the private garden was awesome. The breakfasts were very good, and the company at them was very fun to talk to. When we talked to the owners and the staff, they were very nice and knowledgable and extremely eager to please. Now the bad news: Our room had flies and mosquitos galore when we got there, which was just annoying. Also, we were below the kitchen, so foot traffic was aggravating beyond belief and kept us awake at night. After the first night, the owners put out a sign on the kitchen door's asking that people keep it down at night due to sleepers below. But that didn't help the noise caused by the early morning breakfasters. We were, however, slightly mollified by the gratis bottle of bubbly that the owners gave us in lieu of a quiet room.

Leslie F.

Yelp
This place is incredible. My boyfriend and I stayed on the bottom floor facing the back of the house, and the room was lovely, with impeccable decor and a great little patio. The whole house is gorgeous, and you feel like royalty staying there. At night, we spent some time in the hot tub on the roof and with a light rain, it was fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place more. It is a hidden gem.

Daniel C.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at Clarendon Square. It is such a great find, as it is both very close to the center of the city, yet it is so peaceful and elegant. It felt like I had a home in Boston, where I could escape the busy city. The building is amazing, both capturing the historical flavor of the city and yet 100% modern, filled with luxury amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodated my late arrival. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop is incredible. Extremely happy with my stay at Clarendon.

Kelly B.

Yelp
A wonderful way to see Boston. Helpful staff, super clean, delicious European breakfast, fun jacuzzi on roof and we could walk to all the historic sights except Bunker Hill.

Kimberly H.

Yelp
If you have ever spent much time in Boston, you know the brown stone. Classic, elegant, beautiful, romantic. I used to love to walk around neighborhoods of brownstones, trying to imagine what it might be like to live there. Well, at the Clarendon Square Inn, my dreams came true. Ok, a bit over the top perhaps, but this Inn was a slice out of that world. The neighborhood was perfect! Walkable to everything touristy, but in an authentic South End neighborhood with shops and cafes and amazing restaurants literally around the corner. The rooms were large, clean, unique and comfortable. While the bathroom wasn't large, it was luxurious. Plush towels and bathrobes, deliciously scented soaps, and a double shower head. The roof top hot tub was a huge plus. We almost didn't use it, as the weather was about 20 degrees, but it was pleasantly warm in the hot tub and the view of the skyline was incredible! A must. A simple, but fresh breakfast; quiche, hard boiled eggs, home-made oatmeal, coffee and espresso, cereals, danishes, you get the idea. The inn keeper was friendly and helpful, making the place feel a bit more like home. Loved it!

James L.

Yelp
The rooms were beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It is *definitely* worth going up onto the roof to check out the view of downtown. It's in a quiet neighborhood not far from several good restaurants.
