I loved my stay at Clarion Collection Bergmästaren! The rooms have been recently renovated so they are very comfortable and quiet. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast as well as a good dinner meal free of charge! It is the first time I’ve ever found this in an hotel - very appreciated. The sauna and the fitness room were also very good. The rooms aren’t cleaned if we don’t ask for it for environmental concerns, this didn’t bothered me at all but I would just recommend the front desk to inform the guests as I found this information randomly while reading some paper advertised in my room. Thank you for this wonderful stay :)

I was a bit of a high-maintenance guest, asking about vegetarian alternatives to the meatballs that were the "light evening meal" that's included in the price. It turned out that there was also a big salad bar with plenty of beans but they warmed up some veggie lasagna for me anyway. Then I managed to shatter a glass in the bathroom, but they came and vacuumed it up right away. So the staff at this hotel were quite tolerant of me! A lot of care has been taken with the decor and it is really cool except for the carpets.

This Clarion hotel served our needs as a one nighter in Falun perfectly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were pleasant and professional. The evening meal ( a buffet style) was good and included in the price of accommodation. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Overall, an extremely good value for money option.

Falun is a sleepy little Swedish city. My sister and I spent one night at the hotel. There’s a parking lot in back. We enjoyed a lovely hot sauna. There are two saunas one for women and the other men. As with most Swedish hotels there was a lovely breakfast buffet included in the price of the night. An extra benefit there is a free hot dinner buffet included. ||Recommend.

Great hotel! Small but lots of amenities! Rooms are small but very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was great with lots of variety. Didn’t have a chance to try the fika or dinner but I’m sure they were excellent. We did get a drink at the small bar at the lobby, which was appreciated. Also appreciated the luggage storage after check out as our train was later in the day. Very charming accommodation!

Super nice! Rituals toiletries and new modern rooms. Great breakfast and dinner included. Nordic style furniture and ambient. Will come back !

Falun is worth a visit any time of the year, and so is Hotel Bergmästaren. The staff's friendlyness and the overall quality of service make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. I'd definitely book this hotel again, should I come to Falun.

Centrally placed hotel with newly renovated rooms, friendly service minded staff and a great breakfast and dinner area! Highly recommend. Parking is easy to find in the nearby area.

Free breakfast AND dinner! Comfortable bed. Minus on star for `shower only, no tub `rooms need some updating and shine `clean the windows (so you can see better without opening the window)
