The hotel is located very close to the station and in middle of the comercial area but is a quiet area specially at night, something particular of Swedish cities is that most bussinnes are close after 7 or 8 so you can sleep peacefully, rooms big enough, very good bathroom but the best is the buffet dinner and breakfast included in the booking. Staff friendly and helpful! Fair price !

The hotel is spread out in different buildings. Some parts are newer than others. The service is really good! And the building with the reception is nice. Dinner and breakfast area is a bit cramped. The complimentary dinner is nice, but often no vegetarian alternative.

We had a few questions before arrival and these where dealt with brilliantly. On arrival the staff were great and the stay was very good. Right in the middle of town and car parking safe and just round the corner. Train station is 2 min walk. Breakfast was brilliant and tea was fine.. not my liking but nothing wrong with it just not to my families tastes.

I loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and supportive when I needed it most.||The room was roomy, cosy, clean and just lovely.||If I ever need a hotel in Växjö again, this is where I will go.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve visited in Sweden. We had reserved a deluxe room and got a massive (roughly 45-50 sqm) junior suite, with a hint of luxury and comfy furniture. The shower, while a bit dated, was also massive and had fantastic (dare I say unrivaled) water pressure in the rainfall showerhead. Best of all, the was quiet and undisturbed from the ”stadsfest” going on outside. Philip at the front desk was also truly superb - the best service I’ve gotten at any hotel in Sweden. Unfortunately, I can’t give a full five stars since some of the towels had hairs on them (eww) and the ventilation was non-existant, even with fully opened windows.

We were not unhappy with the stay. The interior was absolutely meeting our requirements. Certain rooms were extremely small and there was no room service in place. My wife and I switched the room with our daughter, because her room and bad was bigger than the assigned one. You were forced to run for toilet paper. Additionally, one receptionist was forced to handle coming and leaving guests, handling the bar, and issues with the elevator. They did a good job considering the tasks they were assigned to fulfill. The breakfast and lunch was ok and fitted my requirements,

I've been staying at this hotel for the 2nd time with my son, just because they are very serviceminded and do their best for your stay. We did stay at another hotel in Växjö before, but winning from this, for us to return, is the very kind and good services from the different personnels we've met. It's located very central and convenient, for anyone I believe. You can find shops, supermarket, fashion boutiques, restaurants, train station, taxi stands and bus stops, as well as computers and electronic repairing service shop, salons, or a hospital etc. All near for you and by walking distances. In this hotel, there's complimentary sauna. Just need to reserve about half an hour before use, for them to prepare the heating system for you. The first time we found the room quite small and squeezy, but 2nd time we've got a better little bit bigger room, as we like more space for our stuff and ourselves. The beds and pillows are comfortable and very soft, fresh and tidy, which are very important for your beauty sleep :-) They include complimentary Swedish "fika" (afternoon coffee or tea break with some cake) at a cozy area on first floor nearby reception, if you check in at about 3 pm (15 hrs) it's just nice. Then you'll be served for complimentary "buffet" dinner and breakfast, at 2nd floor, during your stay. All these complimentary simple meals included for you, are very thoughtful from the hotel. Normally most hotels will charge for extra costs. But then of course you'll get more luxurious meals, probably. We warmly recommend, for those who need a budgetary general place to stay overnight, without worries about meals. But if you prefer high quality of luxurious hotels, you may have thousands of complaints. This may not be suitable for you.

Location is right in the town centre and perfect for shops & restaraunts with a supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The room was compact but perfectly laid out with all the essentials you would need. I had no sound drainage from the hall but could hear some from the street outside in the evening but it was Eurovision night so anticipated that and nothing too distracting. Considering it is a free extra, the breakfast & dinner buffets are very good. Staff are also extremely helpful as they checked immediately upon me reporting an issue with the door and being offered an alternative room immediately. I would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Definitely not cheap! But a real good deal considering the central location and the fabulous breakfast and the wonderful dinner. Sure, dinner is a buffet but you can easily make it a four course feast. The personnel is super friendly and helpful - I really recommend this place.
