Stayed one night, arriving late by train. Nice enough hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. They serve supper!! It was very nice the evening I was there. Buffet style. The breakfast buffet had everything too. Its right downtown but the rooms at the back were very quiet. Thanks for a nice stay.

We spent 5 days in July. The hotel is well located downtown with a garage. We had a family room, which was spacious and with a view to the courtyard. The service in the hotel is great. There are many options for breakfast and we bought the "lunch bag" to bring a sandwich and cookies to our excursions in the mountains. We made sure to get back on time to the hotel for "fika". The food in the evening was very tasty and perfect after a day outdoors. Every day there was soup, a selection of salads and bread, and a warm dish, for example fish, meatballs and casseroles with potatoes, potato mash, or rice. The food was child-friendly. We used the gym, which is equipped with a treadmill, a rower and a bicycle with some dumbbells. The personnel are very friendly. We are definitely coming back.

Very clean hotel with good sized rooms and variety of options at breakfast.|We found the bed a little soft - but everyone will have their own views on beds.|Check in was very smooth and quick.|Overall a good option for those looking to stay in Lillehammer.

Loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The area is quiet from distracting noise. Service from check in to check out was above and beyond what I expected. So friendly and helpful! Breakfast had a nice variety and the "light dinner" was much more than we expected! We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and the value. We stayed an extra night as we were so happy with the hotel and all of the things to visit and see within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Centrally located in Lillehammer, breakfast and light evening meal included. Nice rooms. Parking in the garage in basement of hotel , however somewhat narrow entrance and tight space in general. Ample city parking outside hotel.

Small but very cozy hotel. A lot of food includes- breakfast in the morning, cake an easy food at 15- 17. Late supper between 18-20 with at least one warm dish that could easily be considered dinner. Worth every penny!

I had other expectations from this hotel, since I've been to a Clarion before. This hotel definitely did not meet my expectations. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which is an absolute plus. But as far as the hotel itself goes, I expected a bit more luxury. It's a good hotel for travelling, for just a stopover, but I wouldn't use it to spend my vacation. The location is good, though.

We stopped here for one night while exploring the area. The hotel was absolutely fine and everything was clean. The rooms were a bit larger than some we stayed in on our trip and everything (including the wifi) worked well. The included breakfast was reasonable but nothing special. This is a good place to stop for a single night when driving around the area.

I have been traveling for past ten+ months. From US, through Europe, to Australia, Asia, and now in Norway. This is the first time I have run into rude front desk and I am totally taken aback - so the young lady gets the ribbon for worst front desk encounter in the past ~290 days. The restaurant, however, served wholesome, delicious food that deserves high praise. Clarion hotel is fortunate to have Fahad. Rooms were clean, bathroom floor was heated (loved it), and rooms were quiet.

4 stars? Really? No coffee pot, no water, no rug in the bathroom and shower is smaller than a ship. Also the shower door falling apart. Also no safe box in the room... companies ask to don't carry passport. Where should I do now? can wait to see what will happen in the breakfast... look like the motel 5 because the motel 6 have it all.

Very happy with our stay here. Front Desk was very helpful and it was just a short 5 minute walk to the main shopping, food and museum. Free, wonderful dinner and breakfast included. Parking was close and free for our stay. Some construction activity, but it did not impact us. The rooms and building are clean and fresh.
