The morning buffet is exceptional! You will find all you wish for :) the rooms are comfy, view amazing. You do spend a lot of time waiting for and inside the elevator. Staff is helpful. Liked it, and it’s situated in the center.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Why not 5 stars? Because of the bed. It is two twin beds put next to each other with totally separate thin mattresses. Beds separated slowly during the night.

The location is very good, no doubt about that. What I appreciated the most, though, was the breakfast – honestly, it’s fantastic. There's everything you could want, both sweet and savory, and it's truly satisfying. The breakfast area is also really pleasant and well-kept. What I didn’t like so much were the rooms, which I found a bit outdated and not perfectly clean. Another thing I didn’t appreciate was the lack of air conditioning – it’s quite hard to regulate the temperature, and for a hotel of this level, especially with climate change, that’s really hard to understand.

I had a good comfortable stay at the Clarion Malmo Live. It is a beautiful hotel conveniently located 450m from Malmo Central Station. The staff were amazing. Once you get over the fact that beds in Sweden are not what you are use to, you will have a good stay.||Breakfast was okay, probably amazing for many people. As for me I do not take eggs nor processed meat at breakfast. I normally have a cereal and also bread with fish. They had pickled fish which I do not like and trout was only available for one day out of the 5 breakfasts, I had. The room was spacious, fridge well stocked. On the negative side. The room had no phone. If I needed to speak to reception, I had to go all the way down from the 19th floor. I was not roaming so I could not call from my phone. In case of emergency not having a phone in the room could be a problem. Also the wifi was really bad when I was in my bed. If I needed to make a whatsapp call, I had to stand near the door.||Otherwise this is a modern, beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I would come back.

This hotel may look classy and elegant at first glance, but our room was simply unacceptable. We had a horrible view straight into a concrete wall — no daylight at all, just a depressing, dark hole. Please check the attached photos. For a so-called reputable hotel, this is outrageous. If you value natural light and a pleasant atmosphere, stay away. Never again!

Pros|View from room lovely. Located close to central station and quiet part of town. Lovely food hall a short distance away. Bed and pillows was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff friendly.||Cons|Room lighting very dark, apparently same with all room! Bathroom was dirty on arrival (large clumps of black hair all over floor). Cleaner came and swept it but left me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of rest of room.|Second night I was woken at 4am (despite wearing earplugs) to a continuous banging noise outside the window, and this kept me awake. I recorded this noise and reception later told me in an email, 'The noise was most probably from the wind slamming against the sheet metal on the house, and therefore not much we can do about'. I was offered around 10% refund off my stay.|The mini bar in the room had a few things missing when we arrived, I wasn't charged for them but had to bring it to their attention, so be careful.|The only rooms that could accommodate 3 people were accessible rooms and the bathroom was a wet room, so the floor was a swimming pool after showers as didn't drain well.

This hotel is a really tall building. It has a big spacious lobby bar area too.||It's a conference hotel so there were a lot of guests attending business conferences whilst we were here and it meant we didn't get to have dinner in the hotel as it was fully booked. If you intended to have dinner here, book in advance.||Our room has a great view of the city, whilst the others in our group had a corner room which had a view of a rooftop. Their corner room had two walls of tall windows whist our room only had one wall but the view was better. Despite booking the same room type, our room was bigger as we had a sofa, their room only had a small chair.||The beds were soft and the pillows were really comfortable. The shower was good too, good temperature and pressure. ||Breakfast is on the 2nd floor, so you have to go down to reception, follow the signs for breakfast and go up some stairs. There were two sections for food. We only used the one near the entrance as it had everything we wanted. There's another section that has live cooking I believe. ||The hotel is walking distance from the train station and not too far from the park.

Good quality rooms, well maintained. The building itself is pretty boring and rigid looking but the inside is nice and spacious, and served a very good buffé, with a very wide range to chose from. The service was great, for breakfast. The service up on the rooftop bar was almost nonexistent when we came. Waited and no-one served us. The elevators were taking forever to come and u also had to figure out that one elevator was only for rooftop bar, as well as u had to beep the card before pressing any button, didn't see any Indications for that. I suppose a large building g like that has some unavoidable logistics issues.

Yelp
The last time I was here (Sky Bar) it was well into the evening & we had a good time. This time we arrived Sunday around 5:30 (late Feb) which was the perfect time to catch a Malmo sunset! They are located on the 25th floor with separated bar and restaurant. We ordered some beer (Eriksberg Karaktar) and Mock cocktails which were enjoyed by all. Limited draft beer options with a few more bottle options but they make up for it with cocktails. As expected, given the amazing views of Malmo, prices are steep and to be expected. I was pleasantly surprised they weren't crowded given the sunny day. Service was friendly and had the usual Bartender drink creation theatrics. There is a second Sky Bar (which I would recommend) in Hyllie also with a view but, after today, this is the one for the best Malmo sunset views.

Yelp
Very nice, modern hotel in the city centre of Malmö. Great rooms with nice views over the city. If you are hungry I recommend you to book a table at the restaurant on the top floor. The top floor also have a bar section if you're just up for drinks

Yelp
4 of us had enjoyable cocktails at the sky bar on the 25th floor. The view looking out at Denmark is beautiful. The signature cocktails are interesting and the bartenders making the drinks are entertaining.

Yelp
The Clarion Hotel in Malmø is definitely a place I'm coming back to in 2016. We stayed at the hotel for one night - and the beautiful room had the perfect view from the 21st floor. And the interior of the room was very beautiful. We had drink at the classy sky bar - of course with an amazing view as it's situated on the 25th floor. The hotel is situated close to the main station and a five minute walk from the city with shopping and great restaurants. Everything was perfect!

Yelp
The Hotel Of Malmo I stayed at the Clarion Malmo Live this past weekend and it was absolutely incredible. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the 22nd floor which was recommended by the Front Desk Manager. The views of this room were like no other; I have never seen Malmo in this point-of-view in all my years of being in Sweden. The moment you walk in, you place one of your keys into a slot that powers on the room. I am a huge fan of making as much of a difference to help the environment as possible, so the Clarion gained POINTS with my first step into the room. With 180 degree views of malmo, I could see the Copenhagen bridge from one side of the room and turn my head to see the famous Turning Torso. Again: What a view. The services they provided were endless! You can rent bikes at the front desk so that you can have swift and free access to so much that Malmo has to offer. I definitely recommend renting a bike if you plan on being active in the city so you don't have to deal with driving and parking. The hotel is located really close to the train station which can take you to all the hot spots in Malmo within 15 minutes; or Copenhagen if you're feeling adventurous. The brunch that is included was absolutely delicious! Waffles, Swedish pancakes, Omelet galore! I swear it was a brunch extravaganza that you cannot miss if you stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! If there was anything you needed, they were very quick to deliver and serve! Whether it is laundry to freshen up your wardrobe or champagne glasses to toast with the sunset, the Clarion Malmo Live is here to make you happy. What a memorable night I had with my loved ones. 100% Recommend to stay here when you plan on staying in Malmo.

Yelp
OMG, where to begin!? This is a gorgeous, new (built 2015) hotel with all the amenities. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. the hotel boasts fantastic views of Malmö and even Denmark! Super convenient location -- across the street from Malmö central station and Malmö Live concert venue; walkable to many other sights, restaurants, night life, and shopping. Not to be forgotten is the amazing breakfast buffet; I can't think of anything it doesn't include -- omelette bar, waffle bar, pancakes, hot eggs, bacon, sliced meats and cheeses, smoked fish, a variety of breads and Wasa, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and the usual selection of breakfast beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful and we never had any trouble communicating with anyone. The Mexican restaurant in the hotel (Eatery Social Taqueria) is excellent, too! We stayed here for three nights on our honeymoon on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Malmö and we would definitely stay here again! (In fact, it's almost worth finding an excuse to visit this hidden gem of a city just to stay and eat at this hotel!)
