Perfect hotel great location if you are coming off the Arlanda Express from the airport. I was travelling solo and was arriving off a late flight. Was so easy got off my flight straight onto the Arlanda Express which cost 340 SEK one way. Got off the train and turned right straight walk to the hotel took 5 mins. I was upgraded to room 911 which was fab. Very spacious and quiet slept well. I used the spa and at first I thought it was expensive but it was not really used the hot roof top pool and sauna and floating beds amazing and so relaxing. The breakfast was great it was very busy but so much selection was impressed. I left my luggage collected later and explored the city and collected and wentt back on the train. In all a very stress-free stay and very convenient. I walked to the Abba and Vasa museums from the hotel and went to the local jazz bar which is 5 mins away also. Would recommend to stay here and I would visit again if back in the city .

We are in this hotel at this moment and we will stay here for a few days during midsommar.|The hotel looks good on the outside and when you come in it seems to be good. But our room was a different story. The pics on another booking website are very much 'polished up'. The room was ok but same as the overall stay so far is disappointing. Some of the staff do their best to make a memorable stay but they can only reach to the point where a hotel is ok on the tipping point to become great. |The hotelroom looks old , not worth the almost 1000 euros it costs for 4 nights stay. Furiture seems outdated, and some wirering is in plain sight. A big surprise is it when we discovered that there is only a very small closet, definitely not enough for a short stay let alone a longer stay. The hotel plays terrible music not fit to the public they serve and in the elevators is a different song playing than from the lobby. Quite annoying. All and all I'd give this hotel a 2,5 star out of five. Not a recommend in my book.

The location by the Central Station as well as the Arlanda Airport Train is excellent. The hotel was good value and staff were very efficient / helpful. 8th floor room had great views over the adjacent park. The breakfast, for a large hotel, was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful professional staffs and a very good breakfast!!! Very well located hotel, few minutes walk to Arlanda Express (to airport), Stockholm City Stop for commuter rails. We enjoyed the walk from the hotel to Gamma stan via the city centre.

Modern, spacious rooms for Europe. Comfy beds. Great city view from the 9th floor facing east. Amazing buffet breakfasts with a wide variety of foods. Friendly staff. 3 blocks away from the central train station.

If I could give lower than one stars I would give it to this hotel. The rooms are old and musty and full of bugs - my wife got a nasty bug bite above her eye in the room and while the front office staff was polite but they did nothing except to switch us to another room which had a non operational cooling. We had booked 5 rooms and 3 of them had non functioning cooling. A special call out for the bartender with the manbun and tattoos who took rudeness to a whole new level when we went up to buy a drink. We are frequent travelers and have stayed at various hotels all over the world but this hotel is one of the worst. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

It’s a short walk to the central station, very convenient if you come directly from the airport. The room is clean and breakfast is very abundant with good varieties.

The hotel is fine. It's clean and in a great spot. However I cannot get over how uncomfortable the pillows were. The small pillows are super soft and provide almost no support, even when stacking them. The big pillows were the exact opposite too firm and bulky so it felt like I was sleeping on an incline.

Yelp
I found this hotel disappointing. Firstly I should say I've stayed in many central Stockholm hotels on business and have yet to find a good one. This one is typical. The room is poorly lit and cold. The bathroom floor floods whenever you use the shower. No wardrobe, just a meagre four hangers. The furniture goes for Scandinavian design over utility and comfort both in the lobby and in the guest rooms. I'd rather have a comfortable desk chair and desk. Lots of us business travellers have to work from our hotel rooms. I'd rather have a comfortable working area than designer furniture that appeals to someone else's aesthetic and prevents me sitting square on to the desk. Room service is via a QR code which means you are stuck with what they want to give you and can't ask for a simple side like say bread with your salad. I call that pointless automation at the expense of guest experience. I tried to order by telephone but they refused to do it. Personally I don't enjoy these big buffet breakfasts where countless other guests are touching things although I can see this one offers lots of choice. Coffee was a let down.. I'd rather go to a coffee shop. There is also a noisy bar some nights. On the plus side the bed was comfortable although I don't like a single bed as I feel cramped. I had to use the quilt from both single beds in my room to be warm enough to sleep. I was pleased to find four towels in my bathroom. I've never understood why they are generally so mean about handing out towels in Scandinavian hotels. All things considered though, I wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
Great location for travelers. Next to the Arlanda express to the airport. The restaurant serves up good food, not extravagant. The bar was lively with live DJ. The gym on the second floor is well equipped. The rooms are okay. I had a room that faces the back someone else apartment - the only complaint.

Yelp
Great hotel, great location! As a designer, a hotel's architecture, furniture and overall design are very important to me. This fun and irreverent take on a large urban hotel hit all the notes. The service was fantastic, even at 3am as I was checking out to catch a ridiculously early international flight. In the States, Clarion hotels are nothing to get excited about. That said, the Clarion Sign was the second Clarion property at which I've stayed in Sweden and both experiences were truly exceptional.

Yelp
Meh, better than Finland in the sense that the ac works, the beds are nice and it definitely doesn't fell too budgetty. The hotel is far from 5 stars though, it's dirty, the rooms have mold, the revolving door is broken (clearly looks like someone ran into it and broke the glass), and the staff seem to be hit it miss. We have a group of 22, and one of our members was given the wrong key card twice. The first time he got some group sleeping, the second was my room and the third.. luckily they gave him a suite upstairs. The AC feels busted, but it could be that I've grown accustomed to heavy flow in the US. But the more important part is clearly the dryness in each room. I woke up with a wicket bad head congestion. Why not open the window? You may ask~ welp.. did you see the spider crawling on the INSIDE of the screen? I certainly did.. that was a hard nope for me. Breakfast starts at 7.. but as a group they opened ours earlier.. unfortunately, right next to the front doors.. so not only did every guess up in the morning sit down for a bite.. so did some stragglers outside as well. I legit miss the service in Russia, wake up call? You got it. Buffet with attended staff? Done deal. Shave kit and actual knick knacks in the room? Yup. Shampoo and conditioner, soap and shower gel? Yup.. all in individual bottles. Wake up call? Nope. Soap and shampoo? Well, sure.. they locked it into a case for the most part to deter theft. Then put a big sign up saying you can buy it in the lobby. Oh.. and I guess because the bottles are big.. they barely fill them. I got into the shower and got a surprise of 2 didn't actually dispense and shampoo was actually empty.. yay... Plus side? The bed.. soft. The tea, nice. I made some tea, Earl grey - 4'oclock brand.. and payed on the bed.. only to pass out instantly. If swedes know anything.. the bedding is definitely one... LPT: don't get under the covers, rest on top for ultimate impact. The moment you try and get under... The facade is up and it's not as easy to get the money shot. Overall, decent hotel.. definitely a low 4 star if I should even call it a 4 star.. but if you came from the scandic hotel... You're in for a treat. Enjoy~

Yelp
First off, this hotel is a great being near Central Station and the Airport Express. Location is everything and you can find the metro and train station within five minutes. The rooms are larger than most European hotels, so this was an extra touch that I appreciated for my three nights. The staff is attentive. Being here over a New Year's Eve, there were lots of people and it could be a bit chaotic at times. The Clarion was prepared to handle everything in an efficient manner. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and is a must because there is so much to choose from. I loved the well-equipped gym as well because there was everything from free weights to cardio -- and it was open 24 hours a day. This is good for those of us fighting that nasty jet-lag. There is a pool on the roof that is heated and open year round, but I was nursing my hangover from New Years.... I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
I am currently writing this review while still staying at this hotel! First, the pros: 1) Convenient location, a two-minute walk from the Arlanda Express and the rest of the Central Station. 2) Clean and modern design - the hotel lobby is especially well-stocked with popular Danish designer pieces. 3) Great breakfast buffet and overall good adjoining restaurant (American Table). The best breakfast buffet I've been to yet - they have everything from eggs to smoked salmon to herring to rugbrod. They have an omelette station and a 'raw bar' (if you want to add raw organic hemp to your yogurt, etc). I'm not sure if such an extensive breakfast buffet is common in Stockholm, but I'm digging it. 4) Interesting/gimmicky design elsewhere. Each floor is apparently designed with different themes. There are also different elevators labelled with various genres of music. One elevator has a spin table. Kind cool/eccentric. Next, the cons: 1) Terrible wi-fi in the rooms. The only place where there is good (free) wi-fi is in the lobby. This was the biggest con for me. 2) You have to pay to use the pool. 3) The 'regular' rooms are very compact, and there are no safes in the rooms themselves. 4) The pillows are also terrible. They are soft to the touch, but strangely big and firm at the same time, which makes for very awkward neck placement. My husband ended up sleeping with no pillows at all. However, we're lucky that we're in general such easy sleepers. In general, I would use this hotel if I ever visited Stockholm again, despite the terrible wi-fi connection. In such an expensive city, I was truly hoping to not have to pay extra for a consistent connection.

Yelp
Stayed here for three days. The room is very pleasant, spacious and looks and feels comfortable. I had a room which overlooks some residences/accommodation in the middle of the Hotel, I should have asked for a room with a view! So ask for one when booking if that matters to you. The Hotel was very quiet and seemed very empty. The breakfast in the morning was very good but the dining area was adequate and spacious. The Hotel is about nine years old but might look too space age or futuristic to some guests! It is a good Hotel to stay in if you fancy something which is ultra modern in Stockholm. The problem with this Hotel is that it is a little soulless.

Yelp
I stayed here for two days around Eurovision week. Firstly, this was the cheapest hotel my PA could find, Radisson Blu was over £100 more expensive for a similar room. The designers had obviously "been on the cheese" the night before presenting their vision of a hotel to the board of the hotel group. *Don't take this as a negative because it's not. * Too often a hotel is the same corporate, stuffy environment for middle-aged, overweight men to sit (in their underpants) watching local TV while sneaking a cheeky bottle of supermarket wine before drifting into a comatose sleep worrying about their blood pressure and end of quarter figures. Thankfully, Clarion Sign is not that kind of a place. It's vibrant and fun, the rooms are quiet, well appointed and comfortable. There's an extensive gym complete with rows of people who spend far too much time in the gym, but that's not a problem - hey, it's Sweden, everyone's equal in their eyes. I arrived at some inhuman time of the morning and was greeted by a very polite, friendly and helpful night porter who couldn't do enough to assist. The next surprise was the lift (elevator) to my floor. Each of them has a theme, mine was disco and true to their word, a pair of Numark decks with Deckadance installed on a hidden Mac greeted me. There was also a mirror ball and lighting. As a DJ (in my other life), I decided to have a play... cheeky. The range of tracks is a bit cheesy pop so don't expect any Adam Bayer or Green Velvet. Here's proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgXyIBXTctM The room is just about right, my only criticisms are the WiFi is really poor. Very slow and unreliable. You can buy a Telia voucher, but I wouldn't bother, they share the same infrastructure and (quite frankly) didn't provide capacity for this size of hotel. As usual in so many European hotels, there's no *****ng kettle - which is an outrage, but you can put that down to my over-developed sense of angst at not having a cup of tea when I wake. Bathroom is very good and well appointed. Breakfast was splendid, plenty of choice, very fresh and lots of space to eat undisturbed. All in all, great hotel, cheeky attitude and very well run. If Clarion only had a decent loyalty programme....

Yelp
Facing at the park, this stylish hotel has very clear and nice view from room. I stayed at 8th and 7th floor. The hotel location is great. You can walk to the central railway station, restaurants, and the department NK etc. The spa with a bar and a pool locates at the 8th floor. You have to pay for using the pool additionally. I could rate this hotel as a 4 star, if they allow me to use their pool without extra charge. From Friday, the hotel charges more (about 200 SEK), just using the pool at the spa.

Yelp
Very attractive internet rate. Humongous building, many rooms facing drab inner courtyards. Crowded, stressful breakfast. Guests pay to use spa. I had a t-shirt stolen from housekeeping. What else to say?

Yelp
We arrived very early, and were thrilled to learn that our room was ready at 8:30 a,m, It was a great Swedish modern room, creatively appointed. I loved the bathroom/WC double duty glass door, but the bath itself is not for shy people. If you're not with a spouse or sharing with a friend, the large window into the room and the frosted glass door, combined with the mirror leave nothing to the imagination. The lobby was undergoing renovation during our visit, so we had to walk outside and around to the room housing the large breakfast bar. There were many meat options, but the scrambled eggs were runny. It also had really good fruit and salad options. Did not like the idea that the pool was an extra charge. Excellent location.

Yelp
Stayed here for five days on a business trip. The hotel is clean, stylish and has a nice location. The restaurant and bar are very popular and almost always filled during nighttime (book table). The gym is ok. Nothing special but it does the trick (would like a pull up bar though and some more Crossfit inspired stuff). The breakfast buffet was nice with some organic food. Ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good and service good as well.

Kendra P.

Yelp
The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean and bright. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Yelp
Beware of fraudulent credit-card charges. Someone named "Emilio" claimed I'd lost an American Express credit card and then told him to give himself a tip when he found it for me (never happened!). When I asked the hotel to provide a receipt, they presented me with a fraudulent and forged VISA debit-card receipt (not even an American Express receipt). Criminal stupidity!

Yelp
Nice, clean and modern hotel, steps away from the Central Railroad Station (and the Arlanda Express), a short walk from Gamla Stan and pretty much anything downtown Stockholm. Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, an excellent spa and a very good breakfast buffet. Then why only three stars? The elevators play incessant loud music, there are no washcloths to be had, standard rooms do not have a safe (you have to use one of the itty-bitty ones in their luggage storage area and it's a pain to get one of the two people from the reception to open the room for you, they're always busy or overwhelmed with arriving or departing guests), the concierge seems to know less than the tourists asking the questions, and the black TP in the lobby bathroom is really creepy. For a hotel that's only about 5-6 years old, everything is a bit too shopworn and thin at the edges. Oh yes, and you have to pay to use the pool!!

l r.

Yelp
Not impressed. Staff seems overwhelmed with the number of guests. Concierge can't seem to secure dinner reservations other than in the hotel. Too bad I thought stockholm was a sophisticated city.

Lachs Z.

Yelp
I went here just for food, nothing else. Wouldn't go here again though. The food is not bad, but the place is overpriced for what you get. It's also unnecessary pretentious.
