Hotel is located just 5mins away from Oslo Central Station and Oslo bus terminal. Centrally located, you have easy access to shops, shopping centres and food. There are 2 convenience stores in the alley right next to the hotel. ||We stayed for few nights in the connecting Standard Room with view, we could see the harbour and Opera House from our room. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are among the most comfortable we’ve had in our 2 week trip to Scandinavia (where beds seem to be on the softer side compared to most other places we’ve been). Toilets are also clean with adequate tabletop space.||Breakfast is included and the spread is amazing! You have wide selection of juices, breads, fruits, cold cuts, salad, pastries and egg omelette station. Although I read reviews that breakfast could get choatic, it was fine for us over our stay as we try to get to breakfast by 8.30am and the crowd was still manageable. ||Overall a very comfortable stay, will definitely choose Clarion The Hub if we return to Oslo.

This hotel had a beautiful lobby. It was close to the central station. The sauna and steam room were spacious. The gym was well equipped. The service was kind. The rooms were large enough for the 2 of us staying there.

Hotel location is perfect near malls, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy even the train station. It's a busy hotel, loved the vibes & atmosphere. The room was alright: bed was comfy, bathrobe & slippers provided, spacious, clean, had lovely balcony. Major pro r the usb charging ports near the bed. Cons: the room is weirdly designed so there was this walking passage near the bed that was super narrow. If you are a big girl (like me) or you want to move luggage around, it was difficult due to the close proximity of the bed to the balcony wall. Shower water was not hot, while showering it kept alternating few seconds cool, then few seconds hot. The hotel’s rooms r excluded from the elevators, which is really smart to provide more quietness to the guests. Other than that, the hotel was great. I would recommend but the showering water would be my main concern. No water is provided, like some hotels do.

This was a lovely hotel and really enjoyed my 2 night stay.||The reception team were really friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Due to the limited number of desks, check-in/check-out may take a while if you arrive when its busy. All of the staff spoke fluent English which made things a lot easier during my staff.||My room was clean and tidy, however it was a little small. As I was travelling on my own with only hand luggage this was not really a problem, however the room might be too small for two people + large suitcases. The view outside my room was great (I had upgraded to a city view and was on the top floor). I had asked for tea and a kettle to be in my room via the upgrade options on the link they sent ahead of the stay, however this was not in my room when I arrived. I let the reception team know, and this was quickly provided.||The breakfast was incredible, and had the widest selection of any breakfast buffet I've ever been to.||Check-out was also quick and easy, and I was able to store my luggage until I needed to go to the airport later in the day. ||The hotel is in a great location. The only issue was I had trouble finding the entrance when I first arrived, so perhaps better signage is needed.

Great hotel, opposite the main train station and within walking distance of all main tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms and the spa area are clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. But the main reason I would stay here again is the breakfast - amazing selection of dishes, fresh fruits and juices, cakes, teas, and coffees, one of the best hotel breakfasts I had in a while!

Excellent check in processes available to suit all types of travellers. Alexander recommended a room facing inwards due to one of us being a light sleeper. If you don’t mind mood lighting we found the room on the 4th floor to be excellent and super quiet. Great furnishings, coffee machine and body products available. Breakfast was next level and there was an overwhelming amount of choice - it’s busy so if you like a more leisurely pace select either opening or toward the later time frame to avoid the conference attendees. Gyms, pool and saunas excellent. |A nice meal and drinks were had at the down stairs bar followed by a drink at the roof top bar. |Excellent location to both the train station and the ferry terminal.

We were booked in The Hub for a post cruise 2 night break. The location was superb right in the heart of the city, across the road from the station, close to all the shops, the waterfront.||The kind receptionist gave us a room on the 12th floor away from a party being held on the 2nd floor, we were grateful for this. The room was spacious with some curious art on the walls, had tea/coffee machine, lots of charging points and a massive shower room.||Breakfast was usual buffet but with so much choice of hot and cold foods, different juices, teas, coffees, catering for food allergies well too.||Everything in Oslo is expensive, food, drink, souvenirs etc etc but we were on holiday so had to try some of the local beers, these were great but at £22 for less than a pint didn't have many.||It was very cold -14 and snowy when we were there, cleats were a must on the shoes, we wandered around on food but the local transport appeared very good, a day ticket covered, buses, trams, metro too. We walked to the royal palace and was amazed how close you can get with not much obvious security unlike Buckingham Palace. We would have got the tram out to the sculpture park had it not been so cold on the face, everything else wrapped up warm.||We took a walk along the waterfront from the Opera house and watched the sun set then watched the locals using the saunas then breaking the ice in the fjord to cool off. A strange site for us to see but was very popular.||If we come back to Oslo again we would definitely stay in The Hub.

I'm currently staying in room 500, a twin bed room, and paying about €250 per night. For that price, the room is in rough shape and desperately needs a full repaint. The bathroom appears to be designed for accessibility, even though we don't require it. It has the feel of a hospital bathroom, with a low-pressure, water-saving shower head that barely has any pressure. The shampoo bottle was empty, and there were no toiletries provided. While the bed was comfortable, that's about the only positive. The TV situation was laughable — no batteries in the remote, meaning we couldn't use it properly. We managed to turn the TV on but had no way to turn it off again. The hotel bar is ridiculously expensive and the service was surprisingly poor. The elevator system was frustrating. You have to scan your card, select a floor, and get directed to a specific elevator. I'd recommend staying elsewhere for a better, more affordable experience. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing stay.
