Clarks Avadh, Lucknow

All amenities as advertised were provided and were functional. Rooms were clean, functionally designed with good quality appliances. Staff was responsive and courteous. Food was excellent with plenty of choices. The place has an old world charm that is missing in other 5-star rated properties! Overall excellent experience ! Thanks !!

Location: one of the best locations in Lucknow. Situated at Heart of the town Hazratganj.|Room: Specious and clean. Comfortable mattress and Pillows.|Washroom: Big enough and with good toiletries.|Resturant: Best food and lot of options in breakfast as well as in dinner.|Housekeeping and Front Desk: well mannered and cooperative staff.|Overall stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. |Things needs to be improved: Front desk size needs to be improved with a good waiting lounge. Very clean and comfortable with enormous assistants by the staffs. Very good cleaning of rooms and very good food and taste good. Baggage assistants is very good and only little review of mine is that laundry should be taken by asking the guest if the slip is forgot to write that ,||- Santhosh H Room no . 508

Prime location near Hazratganz market. Has this relaxing ambience which comes with the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The food is very good, had one of the best mutton curries in the Faluknama restaurant on the roof top. Very good choice for a comfortable stay in Lucknow.

Stayed a single day on a business trip to Lucknow. Apparently one of the earlier luxury hotels in Lucknow, it's been renovated to meet modern status. The property is situated in a good location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The dining room is brilliant with a water fountain and a shallow pool giving it an out of the world look. The staff are polite but to the point of being almost curt. I hate it when a reception has chairs but I am not offered one while I am being checked in. The breakfast buffet is nice. Dinner was also great

Worst front desk staff. Very poor customer service. Location is GOOD Rooms are very average. nothing great. this was not the first choice for the price. In the same price you will find way better hotel in the city. we had dinner. it was ok. they have some or the other party happening in the property.

Excellent location to stay well connected to all places. Rooms and house keeping services are good. I feel restaurant services especially the layout, live counters can be made more vibrant and the support staff table services need to be faster, looking more energetic and alert. Best wishes

It's a huge place where you can actually plan your business events, wedding or such events. Good place for stay as well. Food served is also nice and tasty. You can consider it for stay if you don't want the modern vibe in the rooms.
