Watch out folks! We looked at some packs of ham on the bone - the expiration dates were all end of July. It was the end of Sep! Told them about it and asked if they had some fresh ones. They said no and made a show of throwing the packs away. Came back again later in the day and saw they had packs again on the shelf! Checked them out - they were the same ones they had ‘thrown away’ in front of us earlier! Disgusting! We also noticed on other products they’ve put their own fake expiration dates over what’s been stamped on the packages by the manufacturer! Filthy!

I was raised in a small town and my father owned a small town store so I always stop at the mom and pop stores to support the town. I love seeing what they have and how they run things compared to mine as a kid and here is what I saw Food: they had avocados that were in great shape! Big deal for a small town Gas: prices were fair Selection: was plenty if not more than plenty and they had a cute little Icecream shop connected to it. Food prices: marked up beyond belief! But expected in the middle of no where. They have to pay to have it delivered there more than a large town and we had the same issues as a kid at our store. So I don’t blame them at all. I will say however as a kid having a small town store we learned if the prices were going to be extremely high like 120% higher you better have amazing customer service and this is where they fell short. The woman was rude and treated us as an inconvenience rather than welcome. I understand everyone has a bad day but she was pleasant to her friend hanging out just not to her customers and that is why there was three stars. Especially because the commercial store not even a block away was a hell of a lot cheaper and the people were extremely friendly. Disappointing to say the least, if I was to go back to that town I’d sadly go to the other one because they seemed to enjoy me being there.

Great place to get steaks, chicken, whatever to grill while camping. Much better pricing than Ruby's market near Bryce. Good selection overall, produce was ok,but this is the best place around here. Do yourself a favor and stock up here before going into Bryce.

Shop here! We rented a house for a couple of days while hiking in Bryce and drove a few minutes to get to Clark’s. Great selection, good prices and friendly people. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but Clark’s was just what we needed. Spaghetti, broccoli and green beans tonight. Grilled chicken, steaks, spinach salad and baked potatoes tomorrow night. Thanks for making it easy.

Grocery prices are better here than at Ruby's Best Western general store. This store is nice and the lady at register was friendly and helpful...

Google
Gabby is very friendly and the store is a fantastic place to shop for all your camping needs. Gas is not too expensive for the area. Thanks again!

Google
Great grocery store. Some items are more expensive than at Walmart, but we also found things that are much cheaper than Walmart. So, on average, the prices might be about the same.

Google
Great selection, pleasant employees. When traveling through towns that are off the beaten path, I’m used to grocery stores being very limited with their selection. When I came to this place, I was very pleasantly surprised by their offerings. I was able to get what I needed for my group of 15, and I also appreciated that I was able to add flavors to my fountain drink.

Yelp
Great little grocer. Prices at this grocer are going to be higher than your big city supermarket, that's expected. I do think the hours and prices are reasonable for a grocer in a town of under 500 people. Tropic UT is my first choice to stay when exploring Bryce Canyon, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Recommend!

Yelp
When you are in the middle of nowhere you take what you can get. This store has a wide variety of essentials and non-essentials to help us restock for our trip. Prices are a little higher, but given the location that isn't a surprise.

Yelp
It's early April, 2023, and we arrived later than we expected and found that most places in this area close at 8p. We were relieved to see this place opened till 9:30p, according to Yelp. We rushed over here to find they close at 8p every day. We didn't get to shop at all, so this is more about that Yelp isn't updated. Luckily, the restaurant next door was willing to make some of their menu available to us for to go. They were supposed to be closed at 8p, according to Yelp, but it's about 8:30 and we were very grateful for them to make food for us to go. Bottom line, anywhere you go around here past 7:30p, I suggest you give them a call to be sure of their hours.

Yelp
Nice little market that has a nice selection of foods staying in RVs. Our chicken tenders and corn were as good as a big box store

Yelp
One cannot deny the joy of finding a great little store in an area that caters to a very small permanent population, and mostly tourists who come to see the State and National Parks nearby. And many of those tourists are of the camping breed. This is far from your typical touristy camp store, even though you will find those kinds of supplies as well. The market is located right next door to a very cute, rustic restaurant bearing the same name, Clarke's. But that is another review. You will find this is a well stocked, clean, nicely organized market. There are not only the expected choices, but some specialty items. I applaud their attempts to provide some more interesting foods, good local bakery breads, fresh fruit and vegetables, and some really good looking and varied meat cuts. Even the frozen food selections are vast. Of course, nothing is box store "cheap" here. You are paying for convenience, special handling, greater variety. But you will not feel hijacked, either.

Yelp
After the horror show in Escalante, this place was like walking into Costco. Ok, it wasn't that good, but it was so much better. It was well stocked, they had fresh produce, and really, a full grocery store. I found everything I needed, as well as decently priced beer. I stopped here twice while staying in Cannonville and because it's only 4 miles away, it's really convenient.

Yelp
Lovely Place to stop by for some treats! We had some ice cream at Kyndie's Sweet Shop and it was a pleasant experience. The server was quick and efficient. Very polite and helpful to understand the menu. I must say the quantity is a lot compared what you would normally find anywhere else. It's good enough for a shop in the middle of a canyon/open area. The sundae is super good, but very big! Everything is very good quality, but quantity is quite large so plan to share. The market service is also good! If you are driving to Bryce Canyon, stop here on your way.

Yelp
The morning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served in large portions, so I ordered way too much. If you're looking for an affordable meal, you can avoid big-city prices here. The quality was fairly decent as well.

Yelp
Customer service was good. Cashier was nice and helpful. She probably knew we weren't from around the area. Their steak and other meats looked fresh and properly sealed. I'll have to come by to try it when I'm in the area again.

Yelp
This was a great place to stop after a good hike. I don't eat red meat and it's really been a challenge this season to find things to eat that keep my protein levels up. Great to see cut up turkey and chicken Individually vacuum packed. I didn't have to buy a lot just a piece at a time . Felt like I was back home in my local country store The checkout lady was very cordial, informative and made me feel right at home Thank you! A nice welcomed change from convenience stores

Yelp
Friendly little small town store that has a nice selection of food and essential supplies. This is not a Wal-mart or big box store, so please keep that in mind when visiting. It's what you'd expect to find when you're traveling through a remote, off the beaten path, town. Folks coming from the city may find the prices here a bit steep, but I personally feel of all the surrounding communities, this store is the most reasonable. Locals get a weekly flyer showing what the store has no sale. If you sale shop here, you'll find the prices in the area of what you'd expect to pay most anywhere. The atmosphere has always been family friendly and the staff has been very friendly. The fresh produce can be a bit limited but if you're in need of anything from cleaning supplies to steak, they just might have it. There are gasoline pumps out front and parking can be a bit challenging depending on how busy the store is. The pumps are parallel to the store and the parking spaces in front of the store are perpendicular. Sneek a few RV's in there and you may have to wait for a contact free exit or entry. The store takes credit cards and also your ePay options are accepted here, too.

Yelp
There are practically no essential nutrients to be found in this market. I couldn't bring myself to purchase any meat, but if I had I imagine the slimy appearance would've translated to a slimy texture and flavor. There are plenty of snacks and frozen goods though.

Nate W.

Yelp
Thank goodness. A grocery store! It's slim pickings for grocery stores around this area, but we found this. AND, it sells beer. Warning: not many kinds. One specialty beer (can't remember the name), Keystone Light and Bud Light. I paid $10.99 for a 12-pack, .89 cents for a green pepper and $2.59 for some shredded mozzarella cheese. So not a lot of wallet-fleecing going on there. I was just SO GRATEFUL they sold packaged cold beer, which is not plentiful in southern Utah. Close to Bryce National Monument and Kodacrome State Park, too

Yelp
A very limited selection of goods, and outrageous prices. It hurts even more when they charge around 2x-3x as much if you're not a "club" member (aka loyalty card holder aka resident). A box of tea costs around $5, and cereal will run between $4-$5. Maybe it's just prices in Utah, but in California, these items will range between $2-$4 at most. I don't know how I could survive if I lived here, because the variety of fresh fruits and veggies is so limited, compared to your typical supermarkets in California. So yeah, crazy prices for frozen/packaged food, but pretty nice clerks so I guess it's a good option, considering it's the only option in town.

Wei-Li S.

Yelp
It has a great selection of food and non-food items considering the location and the prices are comparable to Los Angeles, where I'm from, so I'm perfectly happy. I tend to eat food that's out of a carton, can, or pouch when I'm out in nature (not a fan of campfire cooking), so I was grateful for the interesting, organic packaged food selection the store carries (a very small selection and a little on the pricey side, but at least I have some options so I'm not complaining). The store also has a well-stocked first aid section, rather important when you run out of supplies (I did!).

Maybritt R.

Yelp
The store is okay. You get there the most thinks you need, but nothing special (vegan or gluten free options). The most things are a bit expansive, but if you are here there is no real option and it's not a city so I thing for the most people it is okay to pay more money,

Melissa E.

Yelp
For a small store, it has a little bit of everything. We were able to get nice fresh fruit there as well as some snacks and some health- related products. Coffee and tea by the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good place to stock up while visiting Bryce Canyon. The only thing I missed was a local newspaper, but they might have been sold out.

Yelp
This review is for the little ice cream shop. Don't bother going! When we went there this evening, the young girl working there didn't even look like she was of legal working age. When we first entered, we didn't even see her there because she had her head down listening to her headphones. When she noticed us, she didn't greet or acknowledge is. She had loads of attitude and looked terribly inconvenienced by our being there. Upon paying, she gave my change and didn't say a word! She quickly grabbed her phone with a huff as if we'd done the worst thing by patronizing the shop and disturbing her music. All in all, a very unpleasant experience!
