This boat trip was fantastic! Truly a must when visiting Venice. It’s a terrific way to see so much around the islands that you would never see on foot! Our guide and boat captain, Claudio, made our excursion extra special. He had fantastic knowledge of the area and its history and was just so pleasant to spend our time with. Huge thanks to Claudio!! I can’t say enough good things!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Classic Boats Venice—for our boat tour to islands surrounding Venice. Our Captain Claudio was very informative about the Venetian history, friendly and an all around great host. We visited Murano Island where we toured the Murano glass factory and its gallery, visited Burano Island with its beautiful colorful houses and many lace shops, lunch at Torcello Island at Villa 600 (spectacular service and fresh whole fish) and then to Orto winery on San Erasmo Island where we had a private wine tasting and received a warm welcome from owner Michael and his daughter Matilda. We highly recommend Victoria:sales, administration, tour manager as coordinator—she truly assisted us well as we coordinated everything from the United States and Claudio our boat captain—he made the experience fantastic!

The boat itself, the Carrolota, a stunning classic Riva, was pure elegance. We have the absolute pleasure of an afternoon on Sweet Molly a beautifully maintained 1930’s motorboat expertly piloted by Matteo who was the perfect guide. Hands down the nicest boat I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing and I’ve been on a lot. An experience I will repeat when we find ourselves back in Venice.

The pre-tour communication with Victoria was excellent. When our original boat needed repairs, they upgraded our boat and added an additional hour to our tour.
