Classic Inn #36KL

Joyce at the front desk is awesome. The rooms are a bit small but for the price it's exactly what you should get. The mall is right across the street so you'll never go hungry. Take the monorail here from KL Sentral

Very unprofessional service. They charge extra 2% if you pay with credit card. They also don't provide breakfast on Wednesday even if the breakfast is included. The Hotel does not have any lift even. I recommend not to book any room in Classic In Hotel.

Never planned on staying in Classic Inn but we missed the bus to Singapore and needed a place to stay. After doing a quick search of the area, this one was the most appealing at the price we were willing to pay just to lay our heads for the night. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise as the room exceeded our expectations. It was a little small and cramped but it was clean, the bed was soft and the shower was spotless. In fact, the room looked way better than the pictures I saw at the front desk. The best part was the staff. When I inquired, the published rate was at RM80 but the receptionist told me that I could get a better deal at Agoda. Seeing as I didn’t have internet, she did it for me. That’s what you call service! They even kept my charger when I left it and returned it to me when I got back to KL! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Lastly, the location is more than ideal as it right in the middle of all the action especially if you’re a tourist who loves shopping and eating. It’s just at the back of Berjaya Times Square and it’s very near Jalan Alor, if it’s streetfood that you fancy.

As the middle range priced hotel, the price is relatively ok, given that the location is near the golden triangle. The room itself is not too spacious, just ok. Its ok and fit for solo traveller who want to stay near to golden triangle with budget. Besides, i likr the decoration in the hotel. The atmospheric made us feel free and relax.

Cozy place. Clean rooms. Nice outdoor seating area to relax and have a drink. Good neighborhood choice. Friendly staff. We keep coming back.

I was quite surprised by the overall (good) quality of this hotel. Rooms were clean and came with everything. Staff were really friendly. Breakfasts were really good!

Terrible service, overpriced, stingy breakfast; my worst hotel stay experience ever. I don't recommend it unless you're on an extremely tight budget.
