Ordered a Pizza, and Garlic Knots tonight and was told that it would be ready in 15 min. Got there 20 minutes later and they had not fired the knots yet. 10 minutes later they were ready. What they were was "Overcooked and tasteless!" At this point I had a feeling that I better check my pizza before I left. As I suspected, it was not correct. After trying to tell me that it was somehow my fault, they fired a new pizza. Several minutes later it was presented to me with the correct toppings, but under cooked. I asked that they cook it more to crisp it up. When they finally noticed I was still waiting, they took it out of the oven, motioned me over, set it on the counter, and walked away. The crust was burnt! One would think after forgetting to fire the knots, screwing up the order, and having me wait an additional 25 minutes, they would want to make sure I left happy? Instead I was given the impression that since I had already paid, my order didn't matter? If they had made a conscious effort to least make it appear that they cared, and got the product right, I wouldn't have had a problem with the wait. That didn't happen. On the up side, I left knowing there is a new pizza place opening just down the street. I am looking forward to giving them a try since Classic will no longer be getting my family's business.
