The deluxe rooms are very spacious and were very clean. The mirror right opposite the toilet is a bit odd and would have preferred the tea bags to be replenished when the room was made up (every other day). The car park is not far and we were given the entry key card and a sign to leave in our car. It felt very secure. Die loading/unloading the car we parked in the road. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. There wasn’t enough room on the restaurant but the tables outside weren’t laid out so we had to do that ourselves. The food was labelled on one of the days but not the other two days and as there were different dishes it was impossible to tell what the vegan and vegetarian options were. The lift makes noises as if it is on its last leg but apparently engineers were called and not found an issue. Location is great for non touristy bars, cafes and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable and air con worked well and was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This lovely hotel felt like an oasis on an overly hot day in Cologne. If I could, I would simply stay in the room all day. The temperature inside was just perfect—not sure how they did it! Everything was impeccable: great amenities, great size of the room, beautiful design. A complementary water bottle. The staff was also extremely helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and from the looks of it, the restaurant downstairs seemed to be fantastic too. You can get jellies at the reception :) Convenient self-service luggage storage: why don’t all hotels do it? You don’t need to bother the staff or worry about the safety of your bags. Fridge in the room is super, but it only works with the entry card inserted. If you plan to have something stored, I recommend you’d request a separate card to keep in the room at all times.

We stayed for 2 weeks and were very happy with the hotel. The room, with separate lounge, was very spacious and quiet. There was plenty of space for our big luggage and having a small fridge was very useful. All our requests for extra items such as an extra chair, wine glass, bottle opener etc, were met with a smile. Staff were friendly, efficient and we felt welcome from the start. The hotel is in a very good location, just 10 Min walk to the train station and close to public transport. Thank you for making our lengthily stay so enjoyable!

The staff are excellent in every way. The room I had (top floor apartment) perfect for my self and daughter. Only a dbl bed plus a sofa bed, so I got the the sofa bed! How does that work?? I paid!!! Room and shower room (no bath) were spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, definitely recommend that as local options don’t seem to open very early! 8 minutes walk from train station (come out opposite end to the Cathedral!) Evening bar: excellent service and a lovely setting for a night cap. Lots of lights in dining room!!!!

Great hotel in quiet street very close to Koln Hbf.|The triple room overlooking a quiet courtyard was fantastic: two separate bedrooms (not the one room with a double and a sofa bed typical in many other hotels). The coffee pod machine was a nice touch.|Buffet breakfast was varied, substantial and tasty. The standalone restaurant, run by a Michel star chef looked very interesting (but we didn't eat there).|E-mails from the hotel about after hours automatic check in was welcome and clear.

Nice hotel, Great comfy large bed. Nice shower, ac in the room is great in summer. Was set to 18C when we arrived which is great as we prefer a colder room. Located within walking distance of the city center. With great views. Would definitely come back!

We loved this hotel. We had a double room and our grown children shared a studio with one of them sleeping on the sofa in the living room. They were both very comfortable. The studio had a kitchenette that we used for breakfast.

Upon arrival i realised that the large room i have booked with spacious bathroom showing shower over bath was not what I got. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet was attached to the basin and the shower glass door. The shower was abysmal and old fashioned, the shower head attached to the wall over 2m above and you cannot shower well without a removable head, especially as women. The hotel is 'pets friendly' but nowhere was stated that animals sleeps in every room. It was more like a zoo than an hotel. The only elevator took forever to come up and down and smelled of fur. Careful when booking because you are not getting the room with bathroom you see in the pictures. Behind the room door there was the floor plan and the large room in the picture was only one on the third floor. After pointing out that it wasn't the room i booked they said they couldn't change as they were full. I have complained to booking.com and they issued a 10% refund. They call it a gesture of goodwill, but a 10% refund on a room costing over 200euros it is nothing considering I didn't get the room I booked.
