The moment I walked in I saw a beautiful wood charm and historical place. The hand crafted wood on the walls give this hotel a unique and memorable feel, the staff is very polite as well, making sure you feel welcome. The rooms themselves were very well made and clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioner and other amenities worked perfectly as well. It’s a very short walking distance to the night market which comes in handy if your looking for a quick bite to eat. Overall this hotel is a perfect place if you are interested in old, vintage places and we will definitely stay in this hotel again, looking forward to doing so. By the way as a mother travelling with three kids, they very much enjoyed the bunk bed during our stay.

The good. It’s centrally located to city center. Dated interior but the heavy wood decor may appear elegant to some. Not so good. Staff could use a course or two in customer service. When I informed the front desk that there was no hot water when my son took a shower, the clerk appeared annoyed. Upon reading other reviews, it appears lack of hot water is a common occurrence. The included breakfast was just okay. The made to order noodle soup and omelette would be my recommendation vs. the prepared options. The mattress was super stiff. If you have an option to stay elsewhere, please do.

The hotel is well located just across the river from the main town area.|The hotel is decorated in lots of dark and ornate timber so whilst large, it feels very 'close'.|Check in was perfunctory. Staff speak little English and seem efficient but don't expect a smile. |Breakfast was plentiful.|The room was very spacious with 2 double beds and plenty of room (we booked a twin) and it was very clean.|Unfortunately there was no hot water. We asked for this to be attended to and were told shortly afterwards that housekeeping had confirmed it works but we just need to run it for 5 minutes first. We were able to coax slightly tepid out of it but that was all and staff were disinterested.|Skybar is excellent with great views and the pool is large and pristine with plenty of sunbeds. Pool towels are small and seemed inadequate and you have to show your room card. Massage service was also great and very cheap. All prices were for an hour. Eg body massage $10. There is a spa and sauna but only for men.|We politely requested a slightly later check out and we're instantly told check out is 12 or we will charge you.|Our stay was pleasant, (would have been better with hot water) but we felt completely invisible. Don't expect any customer service or friendly smiles - they're just doing their job.|Very walkable area and lovely in the evening. Head across to the riverside at 6.30 and join in aerobics.

Nice hotel with gorgeous carved furniture in the lobby. Staff are very friendly. Good central location to markets and stores||Rooms are spacious, some with small balconies looking out over the city or pool area. Free wifi available. ||Breakfast available from 6am-930am and has local Khmer, Asian and Western options on offer. ||The pool area is large with reclining loungers and towels and a bar to get refreshments. There is also a day spa for massage available on site.

Stayed here one night as part of a tour group. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of choices for breakfast but was crowded due to multiple tour groups. But, we did get enough food and had a place to sit.

We came here to treat ourselves to a nice dinner at the rooftop restaurant but was a little disappointed to be honest. We sat for 30 mins before our order for food was taken. My partner had finished his dinner before mine came. I have the boneless lamb and the potatoes were still very raw so I had to send it back, by the time it came out again the lamb was cold. However cocktails were nice.

Rooms were spacious with good beds, bathroom was clean and nice hot shower, well stocked mini bar. Swimming pool was excellent with bar service, restaurant on roof top was wonderful with very good service and food. Overall a very good hotel.

A good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We had a room with a view over the swimmingpool and a part of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there are more than enough options. There also a rooftop bar and restaurant with a beautiful view over the city. Yes, we would come here again.
