Classy Hotel & Spa

A beautiful hotel close to the river. Great bedrooms clean comfortable and well equipped. A very well appointed pool and a gym plus spa services. Staff were very helpful there was also a pleasant roof top bar. Breakfast was good and varied. We’d rate it a strong 3.5 star level Great travelling experience

We had a an excellent two night stay. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was fine. The pool bar meals were delicious and ample. The roof top bar has amazing 360 degree views around Battambang. Great hotel. Staff kind and attentive.

We stayed for 2 nights here. We have no complaints except the aircon filters were dirty. I had to wash them myself. The room had a balcony but we did not use it because Battambang is always hot and dusty. The toilet was spacious with wet and dry area. The breakfast spread was excellent. The swimming pool was huge compared to other hotels.

The mattrass was really firm, so my sleep wasn't the comfiest but that's just personal preference. The rooms need some updating/ modernisation, but otherwise the hotel is great. The pool area was beautifully maintained, super clean toilets there too. Towels provided and drinks available. Breakfast was vast, lots to choose from. I'm vegan and had plenty to eat. It's a wonderful experience eating by the pool in the morning with the birds chirping.

The moment I walked in I saw a beautiful wood charm and historical place. The hand crafted wood on the walls give this hotel a unique and memorable feel, the staff is very polite as well, making sure you feel welcome. The rooms themselves were very well made and clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioner and other amenities worked perfectly as well. It’s a very short walking distance to the night market which comes in handy if your looking for a quick bite to eat. Overall this hotel is a perfect place if you are interested in old, vintage places and we will definitely stay in this hotel again, looking forward to doing so. By the way as a mother travelling with three kids, they very much enjoyed the bunk bed during our stay.

The best hotel in Battambang! The room was excellent, the pool was amazing, the gym old school just the way I like it, the food is so delicious from breakfast till dinner, the service was exceptional, and close walking distance to everything that I need. Every time I’m here it feels like home 🙏🏼

The good. It’s centrally located to city center. Dated interior but the heavy wood decor may appear elegant to some. Not so good. Staff could use a course or two in customer service. When I informed the front desk that there was no hot water when my son took a shower, the clerk appeared annoyed. Upon reading other reviews, it appears lack of hot water is a common occurrence. The included breakfast was just okay. The made to order noodle soup and omelette would be my recommendation vs. the prepared options. The mattress was super stiff. If you have an option to stay elsewhere, please do.

Stayed here one night as part of a tour group. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of choices for breakfast but was crowded due to multiple tour groups. But, we did get enough food and had a place to sit.
