Claus Porto

A very enjoyable visit to this beautiful store in Porto! All associates were extremely friendly and helpful! The museum was a great touch and very informative of the brand’s history. So many delicious scents that it was quite hard not to walk out with everything! With the holiday season, the gorgeous packaging make for great gifts! Definitely recommend a stop at Claus Porto while in the city! I look forward to continuing to support the brand via online shopping!

The staff was very helpful, it is always nice to get to know at least a bit about the backstory of the places you visit and this one is really interesting! The soaps smell wonderful and it's so hard to choose, thankfully they also have a website cause we will definitely be placing some extra orders in the near future!

Very relaxing and enjoyable visit! I went to the first store in Lisbon but this one is definitely more relaxing and spacious. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable to explain and show me lots of good things that I don't have time/space to do when I was in Lisbon (the store is much smaller and packed in Lisbon) There is a small library at second floor to show some history of the brand which is cute. I ends up purchased couple soups from the store (already purchased the perfume before) and had a lovely conversation with the staff - even talking about cultures. Strongly recommended

Love this little shop. The welcoming staff initially provided the back story of this brand, then we visited upstairs to see photos and learn even more. Fortunately this product is not mass produced (like so many soaps now) I now know the soap is exceptional and will last much longer due to the milling and drying of the soaps. I tried some fragrances and went back the next day and purchased one of their beautiful fragrances … 1887 …. it is worth the joy it brings me each time I now wear it.

Finding this shop is possibly the highlight of my trip to Porto. It’s so gorgeous! The floor tiles are unbelievable and the large marble sink at the back of the shop is beyond beautiful. Then there is the soap. Absolutely stunning — so sophisticated and impeccably packaged and designed. And the woman, Maria, who help us was beyond fabulous. So gracious, so sweet, speaks perfect English and she clearly loves the products Claus Porto sells. We adore her and will probably go back and buy more things just because she was so charming and fun. A++++

I tried squeezing the atomizer, but no perfume comes out. I also attempted to replace it with a white stopper, but the stopper is too large and doesn’t fit. I would like to file a complaint regarding this issue.

Walking into this store was luxurious and learning its history was special. Anyone who appreciates scents will appreciate the locally sourced ingredients used in their products. Buying online is an option but go to the store to fully immerse yourself in their products.
