Would never again rent here, and I advise others to not do so as well. Roaches and bugs all over. Mosquitos beyond belief everywhere. Maintenance never actually came and properly fixed things. If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would. AC never worked properly, and if I had a second temperature recorder, it would read 20 if not 30 degrees higher than what the air conditioner says. Miserable and hot. Had mold growing on our clothes because of the humidity.

My wife and I just signed our second lease. Management has been great. The property grounds are well maintained, safe at night, and a great place to call Home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — False advertising at its finest. They brag about new HVAC and working A/C, but you’ll get nothing but a sauna and excuses. Bring a lawyer and a fan—because management won’t bring the truth. You’re shooting yourself in the foot over a non-functional A/C unit.

maintenance was quick to handle a leaky faucet, they were even able to come same day! thank you to management/maintenance for the quickness on this

Beautiful renovated apartments. Close to down town Charleston. Office staff was very informative.

Can't never get in contact with the corporation, beyond the front office people. They never fix the kitchen electricity. House was falling apart, roof caved in, nothing works, and they have the audacity to not give me my full security deposit when I left the apartment the way I got it. Horrible management. Charging over $1,000 for garbage. Slum lords.

Can't believe I can call this place new home! So happy with this purchase!
