The laundry facility is a great addition! It is always clean and almost never a wait. They recently installed baskets to use if you do have to wait.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. The community is well-kept, safe, and quiet, and the amenities are clean and convenient. I especially like the laundry room addition. I appreciate how easy they make everything, from maintenance requests to communication. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to call home. And it’s just a short drive to downtown and the 🏝️ beaches. I’m also looking forward to the new restaurants being built nearby.

I had the opportunity to tour these apartments and wow! I have been looking to relocate to the N. Charleston area for work and and have seen a lot of apartments. The finishes here are far beyond other complexes in the area. Most of the units are newly renovated. The pavillion is a nice public space for outdoor cooking and my pup will love the dog park area. The apartments are small (studios and 1-bedrooms), but perfect for me and my pup. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The property is well kept and modern. This complex tops my list!

Moving to the area next month and visited this place. Charlotte took me on a tour and I was sold immediatly on all the new renovations inside and out. Its close to Park Curcle and The Navy Yard.

Would never again rent here, and I advise others to not do so as well. Roaches and bugs all over. Mosquitos beyond belief everywhere. Maintenance never actually came and properly fixed things. If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would. AC never worked properly, and if I had a second temperature recorder, it would read 20 if not 30 degrees higher than what the air conditioner says. Miserable and hot. Had mold growing on our clothes because of the humidity.

My wife and I just signed our second lease. Management has been great. The property grounds are well maintained, safe at night, and a great place to call Home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — False advertising at its finest. They brag about new HVAC and working A/C, but you’ll get nothing but a sauna and excuses. Bring a lawyer and a fan—because management won’t bring the truth. You’re shooting yourself in the foot over a non-functional A/C unit.

I am on disability and have breathing issues. When my AC quit working I emailed property manager and 5 minutes later I got a knock on the door, within the hour I had a wonderfully working AC again. I honestly can say I have never, in my 40 years of renting, have gotten a faster issue resolved.
